With Host4Geeks, I've had a managed VPS for five years. They have always been quite helpful when I've needed to call their tech support. They take very active steps to keep their hardware and software up to date. This week, after transferring to a new VPS because I was experiencing email problems, I had to contact support. The issue was quickly and successfully fixed by the engineer. You require a prompt response to your support tickets when a website is having issues.

dont bother, abuncha thieves. on multiple occurrences i was charged double then when trying to pay an invoice or add credit to my account. they refuse to refund anything. the first i was charged double it was only $30 so i let it slide and it was just applied as another year of service. even though it was double that what i intended, it was fine. them just recently, when trying to add $50 to my account credit....i was charged 5x for $50 instead of just the once. okay, so errors and mistakes happen, right? sure, i understand this and i know things happen....spent 3 weeks trying to get them to just refund me the $200 extra dollars their processing system withdrew from my account. not only did they refuse to refund me, they jerked me around with canned responses that didn't address the situation, then would just ignore me of for a week....just to respond with please hold while we check on this issue....not sure what there was to check, as i got charges 5x more than i intended, and there was a paper trail of it in their invoices. stay away, just abuncha crooks.

btw. prior to this happening they also offered me $5 credit to leave a positive review here. so they are buying positive reviews to try and hide they unethical and stealing from customers practices. good riddance.

Ever since day 1 which started about 3 years ago I have been very happy to have my VPS hosted by Host4Geeks. Everything from questions to anything that I inquire about is always tended to quickly and very professional.

I would recommend it to everyone who wants a service that puts their mind at ease, a great company and a great team, simply I am very happy with it

Reading all those positive reviews here and planning to buy hosting from host4geeks? Don't fall prey by reading all fake reviews here! Here is an honest review of them. There is no support at all, they don’t respond to tickets for 24 hrs. Their team is so unprofessional, especially this guy Tushar, who made him a technical support guy? You ask him one question he gives some random answer. My business went down because my whmcs started showing expired and when contacted them to check why the license is not working, they sent the ticket to the billing team who is never active. This happened for 2 times in 4 months and My business stopped completely for 24 hrs both times!

And the worst part is that there is no data privacy! They keep peeping into your business data and whmcs data! I mailed regarding the same to their CEO 1 year back that your team is constantly trying to log in to my cPanel and I am not comfortable as it contains my business confidential data but he dint reply.
Host4geeks team is full of fools who don’t know how to take care of their customers nor do they care about the service which you buy from them.

Do not fall prey to these fake reviews saying ashish bla bla helped me.. ashish asked his friend to write fake review.

Once we decided to move to a new provider, they disabled the backup option in cPanel to make it difficult for us to migrate. We had around 20 cPanels and they said they won't provide backup. Later they asked for a bribe of $2 per cPanel to provide backup! A provider who can fall this cheap doesn't deserve to be called a reputable host. Once, you move with them, you are locked for life. They will harass you if you complain about their service. Please do not purchase service from them.

They are big time frauds - JUST AVOID

Signed up for a reseller account and ramped up to 50 accounts and the server was slow, there was no way to move my customers
to another service as the restrict reseller accounts, they also ask for you to subscribe through paypal then send an invoice so you pay twice, when you dispute they say they sold you additional services and boom, no refund - steer clear of them or any of
Global managed hosting services.

I am very pleased with the service from Host4Geeks hosting provider. They have always been prompt and effectual in helping me. They have never failed to deliver. Every time I need help, the support team has been very kind and professional in their approach.

I have never had such fantastic customer service before. Host4Geeks's service is outstanding, we had master card issue in our country, we were not able to pay any online payment, but Host4Geeks paved the way and interduce the BTC payment.

They stole $70 by double charging for 9 months.

When I discovered it and asked them to repay, it had to jump through hoops for months.

When they eventually admitted making a mistake, they still refused to give me back my money.

I went to Paypal but because they had wasted so much time, the payments were too far back in time.

They then suspended my account with one of my websites and one of my clients' without warning.

I even contacted their CEO Kushal Raha, who gave the impression of wanting to help, but has since disappeared and has not responded to my messages for 6 weeks.

Their support do nothing and ignore my requests. Several times over the last 3 months, I was told it would be elevated to a mythical accounting team but nothing has ever happened.

I suggest everyone steer clear of this company.

Dishonesty is rampant here and there are many other trustworthy companies you can use instead.

I ordered a reseller plan from this company, but I am very disappointed with the quality of their services, incomplete WHM options, lack of features compared to what is displayed in their website. I asked for a refund but thy refuse this refund after just10 hours of payment for the order. I contacted their online support but no response. I do not recommend their services
