Uwaga. Nie wystawiają faktur za pobyt, rezerwując przez nich nie otrzymasz faktury tylko jakieś śmieszny mail który nie jest podstawą do odliczenie kosztów.
Uważajcie na nich to oszustwo.

They charged me twice! The website showed me that the room is not available, but charged my card. There was a button "try another room". They charged me for the second time and the room is also unavailable. So they took all my money from my card leaving me without a hotel with a pregnant wife and 1 year ol baby in the car.

After I called them they recognized the problem
After one week i didn't receive any refund they took from my card. No hotel, no money. This is SCAM. This company must be sued, be closed forever and the owners should go to prison forever

Don't be deceived like I was by their low rate offers. Hotels Ugogo WILL charge you hidden fee's, including VAT tax (as a European country business) of 12% on top of U.S. taxes and fees totaling around 23% MORE than what the rate offering will be

unhelpful, fraud and deceitful, I will never trust these people and never use the app

Avoid this company at all costs, you might save £10 on booking through them but their customer service is truly shocking. They are currently withholding a refund owed to me, despite the hotel I stayed refunding over 2 weeks ago. Having to take them through my bank to get the money back! Please for your own sanity avoid these scam artists.

Processed payment but then said rate was no longer available. Money still came out of my bank account and no hotel booking…

Payment was taken but seemingly refunded a few days later. No confirmation of hotel. Asked their support what was happening, but had no response.

Having to assume I have not got a hotel room now for my visit.

I had to cancel due to a family emergency and Raul and Ashley were so helpful and prompt with helping me get a refund. Genuine people.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! THE HOTEL I RESERVED REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN DUE TO MY ID HAVING A LOCAL ADDRESS. SO 15 MINUTES AFTER BOOKING ROOM, IT WAS CANCELWD AND I CANNOT GET ANYONE RO TALK TO CONCERNING MY REFUND. 222.00$ I AM A SINGLE MOM AND THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN EATING OR NOT. AND I GET NORHING BUT STANDARD EMAILS SAYING THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 48 HOURS. BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE NOR HAS ANYONE BEGAN TO TRY AND CONTACT ME. YOU ARE THE WORST HOTEL BOOKING SITE IVE EVER USED

Booketta is awful!!!
The hotel we booked with is NOT what it was on their web site and the pics! The hotel info/and pics was very deceiving!! I went to check on the room and found that the linens were not even washed it was gross!!! I even have pictures!!! The room next to ours was boarded up and the general area did not look to be in a safe area! We immediately went and asked for a refund once we saw the conditions! I even had the manager to write on my receipt that a refund was to be given but I have only been getting the run around from Booketta and they will not release my refund! I want my REFUND we did not stay at this establishment because they lied about the type of room it was and the cleanliness of it.

Do not use this company. They are awful and don’t care one bit about the customer. Ruined a birthday party and lost $160 cause a room was reached which was sold as pet friendly. They understood none of the inconvenience and didn’t care. AWFUL.

Very good experience to work with StayForLess (Hotelogical) online. They had the best rates and their customer service was top notch! They quite literally were amazing to work with and provided fast responses and outstanding service! Thank you and I will absolutely recommend to all my fellow traveler friends.

Horrible scam company that misadvertises prices and wastes your time and money

I booked a room at the Westin bonaventure they charged me for a room which I already booked through the site , the supplier did not pay the hotel so I was charged extra , I contacted customer support for 3 weeks straight just to get my refund , I sent them both receipt’s from the hotel & the 3rd party all I got was a run around , after multiple calls back to back they finally checked my receipt 🧾 🧾 and concluded that the supplier did not pay the hotel. Scam!! I eventually got refunded after a month from my stay with the hotel. Never trust 3rd party companies like this one

This guys are great! I made a mistake by bookingo to reservations the same night instead of two different nights and despite the fact, that the policy stated non refunds non cancelation... they where human and comprehensive enough to realize it has a human error and they Cancelled one reservation with full refund in order for me to be able to rebook a second night. That's great customer Service. Thank you Georgiana for you excellent service and help!

I booked a hotel room through Besthotelsdeals.com, but due to a sudden medical emergency, I was forced to cancel my trip. I contacted the hotel to request a refund, but they rejected my request.
