Cleaner was on time for cleaning of our sofa : was done properly, no stains anymore.

We paid €325 euro for a deep clean and the manager was extremely rude. They were half an hour late and did not hoover properly upstairs. I asked if they had and the manager said yes "but it was very dusty". My bag had broken before they cleaned and I spilt some debris when I was packing and it was still there when they finished so I know they did not finish hoovering. Our hoover was gone so there was nothing I could do about that and the fact that they did not hoover the hallway. The main reason I booked them was because our hoover had already gone. And what is worse is that they damaged a wooden kitchen counter. I had taken pictures of the counter the day before because a carpenter is coming to re-oil. After they cleaned they had scraped away a big patch of the top wood. They would have definitely realized they had done something wrong but did not tell us. They had left the house but were in the car outside so I went and asked the manager what happened and at first he said it was already like that. Then the cleaner said there was a black patch there. So the manager changed the story. I asked what they used and they said no product. Then they said they had used a product. I told them there was no black patch before and I showed the picture. Then the manager said he didn't know when the picture was taken. I have no reason to lie!!! I showed him the date stamp of the photo and then he said we got a really cheap price. This is terrible customer service. If he had just apologized straight away and told me the name of the product used I would have been fine. Mistakes happen but he lied and was rude. It does not make your life easier to use them on a stressful move day. I really regret paying in advance.

I see below, that the company made an apology and then completely undermined it by saying "compared to how dirty it was". Again this is so rude. It was not very dirty. And I paid for a deep clean so even if it was very dirty this is not the appropriate way to talk to a customer so if you need a deep clean or just a reasonable check out service do not use this cleaner. It was not very dirty. I live with my husband and baby. Its not a party house. The house was empty with no rubbish or items because we had already moved out. When the manager arrived at 8.30 he could have told me that no they could not clean the house in the time and I would have not left the house and instead clean d with them. I even text half an hour before we came home to ask if everything was finished and the manager said yes, he could have said "no there was too much to do" if that was the case. But at no point did he say anything about the house being "too dirty" until after I complained about our problems. I have taken photos of the bathroom cabinet that was not washed, the hoovering that was not done and the work top that was damaged. But those things are not even the problem. My problem is not actually with the cleaner but it is that the manager behaved so badly. I paid for this service because I wanted a stress free day.

I paid for 4 hours of cleaning with two cleaners. The website says that a deep clean can be done for this price at this time. If you cannot clean a small house on that time then you should advertise it differently and I would have paid more to have it done properly. I did not set the price or the time, the manager did. If you cannot even get the hoovering done you need to re-evaluate your business model.

This company keeps editing their response below, I'm really shocked. A simple apology would have sufficed but they keep insulting me.

For information, they mention that my original cleaner cancelled because my house was so dirty. This is so rude and not true. The cleaner I had originally booked had never been to my house and cancelled the night before because his sister went into hospital! The responses from this company have been mad. I've never experienced anything like it.

This is literally the worst customer service I've ever had and I've never written a negative review on any company before because I know it risks peoples livelihoods at a difficult time. If the company had just emailed an apology or called me I would have taken this review down, people make mistakes and have bad days. But this experience has been crazy. The manager/owner of the company has been relentlessly rude.

This company came right on time and made my apartment like new. They went above and beyond during a stressful moving period to give me one less thing to worry about. A+ work.

Billy and his team does a fantastic job. I called Billy late afternoon on a Friday asking for a deep clean for the next day. He was really quick to follow up my inquiry and quoted in less than half an hour after I had sent him some videos of the apartment. Him and his crew arrived sharp on time next day and got right to it. They knew what needed to be done and basically turned a very dirty apartment into a move in ready home in a matter of hours.
