amazing experience & customer service
We had a fantastic experience at Housing Units, a special mention has to go to Abi, our sales assistant. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable throughout our visit. Abi took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel effortless and seamless.
Her knowledge and attention to detail really made a difference, we never felt pressured at any point. It was a pleasure dealing with her, she made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy & enjoyable.
Thank you, Abi, for all your help and for making our experience at Housing Units such a positive one. We would happily recommend her to anyone :)

He was patient and kind throughout my multiple questions especially my concerns with the size and weight. Please be careful spending your hard earned money with housing units… all smiles when your payment is made….but when your 4k sofa falls apart with 5 different defects ,within 6 months ,and you have to go through the ombudsman…let them try and repair it only to fail miserably . Then have to have an independent inspector report ….who found 2 manufacturing Defects…still would not come up with a solution…after another 2weeks waiting I contacted v12 finance..that seems to have got me a refund… minus around £300 for the time iv had the sofa …over 9 months…and I’m still waiting for my full amount back…I was never allowed to speak to a manager or contacted by a supervisor through this matter…..and since the outcome never been contacted by housing units in way of a Apology…the whole experience caused me and my wife stress…5 separate appointments which meant 5days holidays used up ..do you think they care…not at chance …..up date on full refund the amount is short by £50 …rang and emailed…told I have to call back Tuesday after the bank holiday….what a joke of a company

Shopped at HU for 30years but quality is not what it was. We have made a couple of bigger purchases recently and been a bit disappointed. The customer service is second to none though. I would still highly recommend a visit.
