Always a pleasure to visit housing units , the staff are so nice and very helpful nothing to much trouble .
As for our recent visit this was such a nice experience as we were looking for outdoor furniture , which when , we arrived there was a sale on on all the garden furniture , which was a bonus .
we managed to purchase a table chairs and full lounge set .

Loyal customer We're very happy with our new sofa
We're very pleased with our new sofa, we bought the same 3 piece suite 10 years ago but the electric leg rest stoped working on the3 Seater, so we replaced it ? there's a slight difference but if you DIDN'T know that it's virtually identical it was delivered ahead of schedule as well , Thank You 😊

Not delivered
Ordered a voucher as a present from Housing Units on the 10th of August, still awaiting its delivery. I have emailed a couple of times and just told to wait that it was royal mails issue, I have had other deliveries and post via royal mail in the interim. Bit disappointed these are not sent via tracked mail. I appreciate things can take time, but don't promise 3-5 days for delivery if that is not the case.

We are sincerely sorry that your voucher has still not arrived and completely understand your disappointment, particularly as it was purchased as a gift.
Unfortunately, we appear to have experienced an issue with Royal Mail, with several postal items sent by us recently not reaching their intended recipients. We appreciate that this is extremely frustrating, especially when we provide an expected delivery timeframe of 3–5 days.
We also understand your comments regarding the use of tracked delivery. We are reviewing this with our postal provider to help prevent situations like this happening again.

Poor Customer Care from high end retailer
Really disappointed with the after-sales service from Housing Units.
We purchased an entire Lisette bedroom furniture set, including a dressing table which was delivered unboxed and placed by the delivery team in a room awaiting completion. We covered it carefully, as advised, and it remained completely unused and unmoved.
When we uncovered it six weeks later, we discovered a noticeable chip to the front of the plinth. Despite providing photographs and explaining the circumstances, Housing Units has refused to replace it simply because we didn't report the damage sooner and has told us the case is now closed.
I appreciate six weeks isn't immediate, but this is brand-new furniture that has never been used or moved by us. From a high-end retailer, I expected both the product and the customer service to reflect the price we paid.
Sadly, neither has. I hope Housing Units will reconsider.

Ordered hotel quality single quilts. They are very good. Wouldn’t have paid £89 for them though. They were reduced in the sale.

amazing experience & customer service
We had a fantastic experience at Housing Units, a special mention has to go to Abi, our sales assistant. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable throughout our visit. Abi took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel effortless and seamless.
Her knowledge and attention to detail really made a difference, we never felt pressured at any point. It was a pleasure dealing with her, she made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy & enjoyable.
Thank you, Abi, for all your help and for making our experience at Housing Units such a positive one. We would happily recommend her to anyone :)
