Lara Zadawski the manager at Lowestoft is arrogant, very rude and dishonest and not very bright.

As a professional landlord I own many properties and have never experienced such a shambles dealing with this agent. Lara was quick to threaten me with legal action all because I questioned the contract using their management service. Delayed in paying me the rent due in which my complained was upheld by spicer heart their affiliate company. My complaint is ongoing with the property obmansman.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, plenty of other agents around.

Excellent service- GEORGIA is approachable/ efficient/ friendly

Think again before putting your house on the market with this agency.
They don't answer the phone.
They call you back at 4.50 when it's impossible to return their call.
They don't call back.
Impossible to arrange to view any of the properties advertised through this agency.

Horrendous company to deal with. Incompetent is too kind a word. Staff do not listen to anything, and treat their customers with contempt. Worst management company ever had the displeasure to be involved with. AVOID

Ethan Jones took me to view 3 different houses and was professional and informational. He was able to answer almost all my questions and could direct me to someone else if he wasn’t sure. He put me at ease through the whole process! A great asset to the team!

Katie Zawadzki has taken over as property manager of our building where I rent a two bedroom flat. She's professional, responsive to phone calls made to report any issues that arise in my flat. Katie always makes follow up calls to check that the contractor has been and done the work to my satisfaction. She's a star

Unhelpful, unfriendly and quite frankly there must be better letting agents out there, it wouldn’t be difficult. Fully managed gets you very little and within the contract is a fee to terminate, so you are almost forced ( unless you want to pay them the fee ) to carry on until the tenant leaves.

I only spoke to Lexi on the phone to try to view a property. I can honestly say I never want to deal with Howard’s again.

Liz Gamlen at Howard Morley made our tenancy feel like an inconvenience she had to tolerate. Communication was entirely one-sided — we'd wait weeks for responses to straightforward queries, yet when she needed something from us, we were given hours to comply. There was no sense that we were valued clients paying for a service. Interactions were curt, dismissive, and consistently rushed, as though our concerns were beneath her attention. The overall impression was that tenants exist to serve the agent, not the other way around. If you're looking for a letting agent who treats tenants with basic professionalism and respect, I'd look elsewhere.

An example of profit and arrogance over customer compassion. To ridicule people in a vulnerable position of grieving.
Hang your heads in shame, insufferable people.
God forbid you are in the same position one day.
If you are, hope you dont have your emotional phone call put on speaker and hear people in an office laughing and ridicule you when you are struggling with everything.
Suggest you google the word empathy.

Absolutely appalling company, they keep phoning me up, wanting to know how our sale is going. They phoned me when I was working Saturday, they phoned Monday and this morning at five past nine. I was in the shower on a day off. I don’t know why they keep phoning we aren’t on with them and there isn’t a Howard’s in Attleborough and with this constant hounding ‘just wondering how your sale is going’ I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Maddie Stone showed me round 2 different types of properties, and on both occasions I found her very professional, she introduced me to one resident very politely which was a nice ice breaker, Maddie escorted me around and allowed me to take my time looking and to work out if the property is suitable for my needs, and also had answers to any questions I had and if not was willing to find out for me. Maddie applied this action on both properties I viewed with her. Easy to speak and deal with 👍🏽

HOWARDS ARE sharks not trustworthy not helpful be careful unreliable denying i had bought a house outright they are best avoided . Used as a show house denying remember my name wen ssle took longer thru all their lies incompetence and downrught ignorance ongoing
