YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY LEFT THE BOX AT THE MAIN GATE OF THE LARGE APARTMENT BLOCK I LIVE IN. NOT WITH A NEIGHBOUR AS I ASKED FOR. LUCKY FOR ME AND YOU, I ASKED THE NEIGHBOURS AND 1 SAID HE SAW A BOX UP BY THE MAIN GATE. AMAZINGLY IT HAD NOT DISAPPEARED.

Fantastic service. Swift dispatch and more than willing to help when the courier (Royal Mail) messed up the delivery. They continued to follow up until they made sure we had tracked the order down and received it. The hard to find wine we received from Grande Provence in SA was an absolute treat after holidaying there the week before!!! So many wonderful wines available!

Grumble dealt with in an exemplary way
The personalised manner in which a minor complaint (a grumble really) was dealt with, including an email and spend voucher from the CEO. mistakes occur in business, it's how they are dealt with that matters and this was exemplary.
