Great service all round.
I came across Hard to Find Wines late on a Sunday night (11pm) while looking for a gift, and placed an order for one of our favorite wines from South Africa that we haven't had in years.
After timely shipping updates our wine order arrived, very well packaged, on Tuesday morning.
Very happy with the service and we'll definitely be using htfwines again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Swift dispatch and more than willing to help when the courier (Royal Mail) messed up the delivery. They continued to follow up until they made sure we had tracked the order down and received it. The hard to find wine we received from Grande Provence in SA was an absolute treat after holidaying there the week before!!! So many wonderful wines available!

Grumble dealt with in an exemplary way
The personalised manner in which a minor complaint (a grumble really) was dealt with, including an email and spend voucher from the CEO. mistakes occur in business, it's how they are dealt with that matters and this was exemplary.
