Was Skeptical At First
I did not want to work with Huge Domains at all, based on the reviews I saw on trust pilot. However, the domain I wanted was only available through Huge Domains. I was like what the heck, let's see what happens. My initial thoughts were, I'm probably going to get scammed.
However, I decided to proceed and.. it went perfect. Well, there was only one inconvenience. I tried calling multiple times, to no avail. However, I emailed them and they were prompt to respond and were very helpful. So, if you have any questions, EMAIL THEM!
Their domains are... very pricey to say the least. Thank goodness they offer payment plans. I'm currently on a 2 year payment plan and so far it's been great! If you're worried about interest, I don't believe they charge any, when I add up my totals it comes out to what was listed on their website.
Things to note*** YOU CAN PAY OFF THE DOMAIN AS SOON AS YOU WANT! If you don't want to pay the domain in 2 years and have the capital, you can pay it off at any time if you'd like.
You're probably wondering how you'll get your domain... well, once you buy it off from Huge Domains (or decide to make payments for it), after your payment has been processed, they will be sending you an email (mines took 2 hours to arrive) with credentials to your Name Bright account.
Name Bright is where you'll manage your domains DNS settings, etc. just like Squarespace, GoDaddy, Hostinger, etc.
Soooo if you're confused like I was in the beginning, Huge Domains is where you will buy the domain or make the payments. Name Bright is where you will manage your domain.
Alright, so. After my credentials arrived, I logged into Name Bright and did my DNS settings and what not... and my website was up and running next day.
What are my overall ratings?
Customer Service: Great, but lacks phone calls.
Service: Awesome! It was honestly easier to work with them then to work with Squarespace lol.
Name Bright: Despite being skeptical, Name Bright is honestly easier to use then other hosting providers in my opinion.
If you like a domain that's available in Huge Domains, buy it! - I poke fun at myself for spending money on other domains similar to the one I have now with Huge Domains just because I thought they were not good providers. Don't judge a book by it's cover basically.

I like that they allow me to pay in 12-24 payments
I like that they allow me to pay for domains in 12-24 monthly payments, I was able to get some relatively expensive domains trough them, otheriwse I would not pay such amounts at once for a domain.
Today I finished payments for first domain and transfer to me completed sucessfully, I was a bit stressed because I read many negative reviews and I did have troubles reaching them trough online form, but direct email to sales@ got a reply in same day.
Now ... the bad part that some people mention about them is that they aquire domains that expired and sell them for a higher price, that would normally be almost a respectable business model, but I did notice something sketchy about this ...
Some years ago I had my domains with NameCheap and while renewing domains in bulk (20-30 at once) NameCheap silently dropped certain high value domains from cart at checkout. I have a YouTube demo, look for "How to silently lose your domains with namecheap.com". Later when I noticed that I lost a domain because of this NameCheap "bug", I seen this domain was for sale at HugeDomains for around $2300. And even thou I mentioned this "bug" to NameCheap, they continued to do this (drop domains from cart at checkout) for some domains I was not even able to renew them individually unless I contacted NameCheap directly.
So because these domains ended up for sale at HugeDomains, they might have something do do with that.
Other than that, I will continue to use HugeDomains.

I was skeptical based on the reviews…
I was skeptical based on the reviews I've read. My experience was none less than perfect. The negative reviews seem to be from people who let their domain registry lapse and it got picked up by Hugedomains. It's their business model, that's what they do. I paid what they were asking for the domain name. I did not get scammed, and they were very helpful when I made a mistake and refunded my money promptly, no difficulty whatsoever. No scam. No problems. Have no fears. If you buy a domain name from them, you will get what you pay for. A domain name. Promptly and trouble free.

We bought our business domain on HugeDomains, the price was huge that's right, but the payments plans are interesting, and if you contact the support, they can arrange you a custom payment plan. Many thanks.
Ransomware
Expensive, but not scammers.
Usually not leaving reviews, but I just purchased a domain name and even though the price was higher than market value, the buying process went totally fine. I also got in touch with the NameBright technical support (HugeDomains registrar) to ask to remove the 60-days lock to be able to transfer my domain faster and they approved the request in less than a day. Again, I agree with others that their prices are quite high and sometimes irrational, but otherwise, I disagree with people saying it is a scam company or whatever bad things they say. For me, except the extensive price of the domain, everything went super smooth.
A trustworthy company
I saw all these bad reviews on Trust Pilot and felt like it would only be fair to balance out the public picture of hugedomains.com by sharing my experience as well.
I just bought the perfect domain for my business without any problems or inconvenience at all. After a few days my website is already up and running on my newly purchaged domain.
Thanks for a good experience to Hugedomains.com
They tok my domain and they are trying…
They tok my domain and they are trying to sell it for 4 694 dollars to me with 100 dollars payment a month
Unethical and shameless company.
They keep increasing the prices of the domains without explanation. Very unethical and immoral company. I definitely don't recommend collaborating with these greedy people.
PRICE GOUGING! As per MANY other reviews - STAY AWAY
As per MANY other reviews - an awful (albeit indirect) experience with this company. I paid for a premium domain owned by Huge Domains for $2000USD via the NameCheap website. Within less that a day of paying, the asking price for my domain more than doubled on the Namecheap site (a marketplace for sellers for those that don't know) and my domain remained for sale - albeit my money taken!
For 3 weeks I watched the domain I had already paid for remain for sale on the Namecheap site while they continued to hold my money hostage and say "there was NOTHING we can do, this is all through our aftermarket provider" - you have to now wait 3 WEEKS and then we can process a refund! After many follow ups Namecheap, they finally said they would make contact with the aftermarket provider (Afternic) who manage the domain sale/transfer request - but nothing. No insight given or red flags raised by either Namecheap nor Afternic. I fortunately had my money refunded (3 weeks on the dot of course!) - but this whole experience felt awful and it was NOT nice to have my money locked up for 3 weeks and my business launch delayed.
Huge Domains never approved the sale it seems/nor transferred the url - clearly it seems preying on my desire (a well used strategy it seems looking at the reviews here) - to execute blatant price gouging. Sadly neither Namecheap nor Afternic have taken any responsibility to deter such activity - so in my view are indirectly supporting this immoral activity. STAY AWAY. Not worth the pain and disapointment.
Wouldn't recommend, but it worked out for us
OK, so I read all the reviews on here before buying a domain, and I was nervous about it...and although it wasn't an ideal experience, it DID work out.
We purchased the domain, then got sent a username for Namebright, which is an affiliate company also with terrible reviews. No temporary password. Got 404 errors trying to reset the password but eventually got in. It claimed we couldn't transfer the domain for 60 days, but because they didn't do an official transfer in the eyes of ICANN (it seemed like we were the owner but I suspect we technically weren't), we were actually able to transfer the domain to godaddy immediately - which I highly recommend you do if you buy a domain here.
So it was nervy, but it worked out fine. In fact, when the domain turned up in godaddy, they estimated that the value of it was 2.5 times what we paid! So hugedomains lost out on a 4-figure sum, which was nice.
Having said all the above, only deal with these guys if you REALLY need to because clearly they are unethical scum.
Scam
Went to there website looking to purchase a domain. Price showed $999. I clicked buy now - price magically changed to $2,995. I emailed support they said, yeah sorry, price just changed . Complete bait and switch. 100% scam company - do not do business with them
Spammers
Spammers, fraudsters, cheaters, fake, violation and misleading. Harmful people for community. Parking domains without any use and asking for money.
Tu as perdu ton nom de domaine ?
My domain was listed for $14k!
This is a review by a PAST CUSTOMER. 10-MAY-2024. To everyone here, I am a customer of Hugedomains.com. I can verify my identity on request by Trustpilot.com, and don't want to reveal details of my domain here for sake of privacy. I accidently dropped my domain sometime last year. My domain was registered by HD's bot and priced at $2k. I approached HugeDomains, and they jacked up its price from $2k to $14k. I am rating 1 star for jacking up the price. Feel cheated.... Very unprofessional behavior. And, highly unethical for squatting.
Scumbags
Scumbags. Keeping millions of expired domains hostage. And asking insane amounts of money to get them back.
They prey on uninformed business owners…
They prey on uninformed business owners and then mark up their "assets" to extraordinary values. Not many businesses like this thrive on extortion, but they succeed, which is disappointing. You are better off finding another domain rather than dealing with them. They claim to provide a service, but it is just a cash cow for them, disgraceful to the maximum level.
