I was given a voucher. After finding out I couldn't use it in store I didn't find an option for click and collect, which I used. I got a gorgeous healthy plant and am very happy with my purchase. The shop itself is plant heaven.

Great communication - one of the plants I had selected was out of stock when they went to pack my order, but I was informed very quickly and was able to pick a different product - all sorted within a few hours! I love all the plants I got and the quality was great. Will be buying from Hutch again!!!

Everything about Hutch is great. Fantastic customer service, amazing plants that are always so well looked after and cultivated properly.

I was buying a voucher as a gift for someone and Hutch were extremely helpful sorting things out when my friend could not find it in his mail!

I purchased this plant for my Granddaughters birthday, I had it sent to her address, she was absolutely frilled with it, the plant was in lovely condition and she said it was so well packaged, I will definitely be using Hutch Houseplants again.

The plants are healthy but some leaves were damage.

Brilliant service , very very good Web page I received exactly what had been portrayed , infact it was better than I expected , superb quality plant and I thought the packaging was just fab , all recyclable , great experience overall
