She took my order over the phone and promised to send the item as soon as possible. I ordered it on a Friday, and it arrived on Saturday! First class service and very happy with everything

Bought 20l XP Mould & Algae remover really good price including delivery.
I use this twice a year on patio, driveway, garden furniture, conservatory roof and plastic etc. Does what it says and inhibits algae growth for approx 6 months.

Excellent customer service in dealing with original order being ‘lost in transit’. Have not used the ceramic panel heater enough to rate it but seems to be working efficiently. Also good to use a company that doesn’t charge excessive delivery charges for the Highlands etc. UK mainland: free delivery. No hidden delivery charge.

I'm a little late with my feedback, so apologies to HSD. A couple of weeks ago I called the company to order a new remote for my double electric blanket. I'd had one previously around a year ago and now needed a second for the other side. I spoke to the young man and explained and to my complete surprise the reply was "will post you now free of charge" Well, it just made my day. Many thanks for this, it was much appreciated and speaks volumes regarding your company.

Disappointed with the durability of my Sweet Dreams electric blanket controller. It has failed (display fault) after only 2 years of use. This is unacceptable for a product of this type. The replacement cost of £28 is excessive, essentially penalizing customers for a manufacturing quality issue. Beware of poor component lifespan.

27/09/2025 update - upon I provided my name and address details, HSD sent the controller to me on the same day. Appreciate the ultra fast response and the customer service. Hopefully the controller can last longer. Appreciate the excellent customer service.
