I used these guys a few years ago for bed bugs after wasting hundreds of pounds on a professional company who were useless. I followed their advice and for a lot less money, did it myself and it worked quickly. A few years after that my neighbour had the same problem and got the smoke bombs here, and it sorted the problem in a couple of weeks. The same with helping someone else today. Make sure you use the smoke bombs. I had a minor issue and their customer service sorted it immediately. Great company and great service.

Product arrived quickly. I probably should have used less water with it in the carpet cleaner. But it saved me from ripping up the carpet as it is definitely cleaner and less dog wee smells.

If you've got black mold in your house, this product is brilliant at killing it, we got some to try out & you can see the mold dissappear before your eyes then just wipe it down with a wet sponge rinsing frequently into a bucket, it's fast, easy & yes it really does work.
Make sure you have PPE goggles & a chemical mask as the smell can be quite harsh but it's not horrible like some are + keep the room ventilated & for a few hours after, we found that if you do the mold killing in the morning then by evening the room was fine.

EDITED - eventually my product did arrive, we have used it in our Vax and it’s done a great Job on our carpets. The pee smell has gone finally, which the vax platinum Liquid wasn’t able to do.
That’s why I’ve amended from a 1 to 3 star.

Interesting to see the last bad review on 1/8 regarding customer being told by courier his delivery didn’t arrive, then to be told it had been damaged.
Well….
My cleaning shampoo was being delivered by Amazon via HSD, didn’t turn up for 2 days, then they informed me when I rang it had been damaged.
Ok not the end of the world, so they send it via DHL instead.
After 3 days of no delivery I phone DHL. They have also damaged it!!!
I’ve never heard of anything like this, it’s a bottle of shampoo how does it keep getting damaged!
Odds are probably higher that I get struck by lightening.

Initial order was seamless and quick delivery.
