We have used this firm regularly over the last few years, but they have now let us down in the Covid debacle. No accountability, no caring about customers. There will be no business shortly.

We received voucher for iescape and struggled to spend it. A lot of the places are over priced in places expensive to get to.

We miss this hotel already! A lovely old building with a creative interior that combines comfort and style. The attractive breakfast area leads out to a beautiful garden area and breakfast offered everything we wanted. The staff are standouts. Always pleasant and very helpful with any query including tips for dining out etc. Overall Hotel Auersberg felt like someones well run and welcoming home.

Don't buy vouchers. I have 100s pounds in useless vouchers from them which cannot be extended.
I'm very frustrated.

Worth being very careful when booking through this site as they cann be misleading. We recently booked a hotel through i-escape even though Booking.com and Trivago were cheaper, as the website clearly suggested a 15 day cancellation policy. However, we later discovered we had paid the full amount on reservation, a fact which was hidden away in the small print. When I called them they were disinterested and seemed rather smug that the small print had caught me out. I will certainly not be using them again and would advise anyone to THOROUGHLY read the booking policy and mall print before confirming. This is a borderline scam but short of a legal challenge there is not much you can do.

Har gennem flere år benyttet i-escape til at booke hoteller. Stort udbud af hoteller og lejligheder man selv ville have svært ved at finde. Meget ærlige beskrivelser af stederne på deres hjemmeside.
