IB Mirror Avaliações

I am Disappointed in its lack of brightness. I expected more light to come from the mirror as with its competitors. I planned on installing a dimmer switch to control the mirror lighting but it’s so dim at full power it’s not necessary. Won’t buy again. I’ll be purchasing a different brand for my clients main bath remodel instead of these, which is a shame as I need 3.

Beautiful mirrors and great customer service and delivery

Great service with the chat feature and prompt arrival of my product. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect from the initial inquiry to receipt of the mirror (which is gorgeous and exceptionally well made). Cannot praise this company enough.

Packaging amongst the best in the industry. Mirror quality excellent. We purchased two for our new home. Lovely!

Received a broken mirror, they wouldn’t replace it. First experience with IBMirror was great, second, terrible.
I received an email after ordering my mirror that I thought was a confirmation email for my order (which I never got in actuality) so, to my own demise I did not read it thinking it was just confirming my order. Turns out they had a 14 day return policy I wasn’t aware of in that email. Pretty short time frame thinking I had at least a month if it was damaged. Being there was no damage to the box, I did not open it till it was time in my bathroom remodel to install it, only to find the glass shattered. Even after sending pictures of the in tact box and shattered mirror, was the shipper FedEx’s fault, I was told I was less than two weeks over the return period. They offered me a replacement of my $1,020 mirror for an extra $570. Found a better mirror with more features and 100% shipping guarantee no questions asked for $540 brand new elsewhere shipped for free in less time. They have lost a customer for life and I will not purchase from them again. The support guy, Matt, I do not blame. This is on IBMirror.

As a designer/contractor I order a lot of mirrors from IBMirror and have been consistently pleased with the quality and pricing. Our customers are always happy and typically come back to comment specifically on how much they love the LED mirrors whether it is for ambiance or for task lighting for make-up etc we have years of happy customers because of IBMirror's products.

Great quality, thank you!

order what you like online- you receive exactly the same at your door . Good quality mirrors
good vendor to use

We love our new mirrors. The first one we ordered was damaged and customer service was prompt and courteous with getting us a new one. We were initially concerned about how much light was emitted but once we got the first one we immediately ordered a second as it put out plenty of light for the bathroom. We will be ordering two more once we remodel the last bathroom. This is a quality product and worth the money.

Good packaging. Mirror arrived as expected, no damage. Install hardware was solid. Everything went as it should!

IB Mirror assisted with the correct mirror for our space. Mirror was perfect and delivered in a safe and timely manner

Really beautiful product! We love our new mirror!

They are great! And arrived quickly and safely.

My mirror was damaged and the return process was horrible.

The first of two mirrors was hung and didn't work. The second mirror worked but after several weeks quit working....

Item delivered as stated. Worked well in our shower remodel.

Mirror is amazing! Packaging was fabulous! Shipped quickly. Our third one and no issues (so we have not had to contact customer service) with any of them.
