I've been toying with the idea of trying CBD for a while now and decided to take the plunge after clicking around on a few sites I came across Ice Head Shop. What stood out for me was the sheer amount of reasonably priced products available. Some of the previous sites were limited in stock and everything hovered around the same price depending on what you were purchasing. IHS catered for all budgets and in the end I went for a christmassy flavoured liquid (with a free vape!) and a disposable. Delivery was super quick (especially for this time of year) everything arrived the next day on a standard delivery and I eagerly delved in to check out my goodies.

The liquid and vape were great but unfortunately the disposable did not work but IHS made it super easy to report the fault and this morning I was contacted by the fabulous Jess who let me know a replacement was on its way. - Faults happen and I wouldn't downgrade their rating as they handled it so professionally.

Suffice to say, I highly recommend the store who have certainly found themselves a new regular customer!

I can't recommend this company enough, their customer service is brilliant and they're so prompt at resolving issues, their products are great, range of them are brilliant too and the price is totally fair, in fact I've always managed to grab some brill bargains. I will definitely be ordering again from this store, they've gained a lifelong customer with me

Products are cheap but great quality, had a problem with one product and customer service was fantastic. Honestly cannot praise the company highly enough.

Good product, fast delivery

All contact I have have with icehead shop has been delt with quickly, professionally and with understanding. Even when the mistakes made were my own. Customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Icehead shop for low prices and excellent customer service.

Can't fault the service but the H4cbd was awful - tasted rank, burns the throat and lungs and, suprise surprise, has no effect - just like all CBD. Snake oil is what it is.

Great prices and great products. I would recommend this company because of their customer service. There was a problem with one item in my order. It was quickly resolved and a replacement was delivered the next day. I will definitely be using the Ice Head Shop again in the futures

Placed a order for some vapes and that were defective and that offered to send some new ones or money equivalent of the vapes.

Fast delivery, decent products

I ordered professor herb 5000mg 30ml Blu zushi at about 4.30 Thursday and it said be delivered Sat which was awesome but it only turned up today which is Friday I am super pleased as I had ran out last night. This vape juice is awesome doesn't catch my throat like others do for this strength I see you get free cbd sweets with orders over 10 pound I didn't see that yesterday but I will put another order in Monday and add them to try them for sure but you are defo now my number 1 shop for any vape or cbd items you xant keep everyone happy but you can try great job thank you for the quick service
