Sticker is perfect. A real addition to the office

As a business, we believe true customer service is not measured by how a company behaves when everything goes perfectly, but by how they respond when challenges arise.

We recently ordered bespoke company logo wall stickers for our new Globexpert Fundraising office from Icon Wall Stickers. Unfortunately, despite several genuine attempts, the stickers were simply not compatible with the particular wall surface within our premises. However, what followed was one of the best examples of customer care and professionalism we have experienced in a very long time.

From the outset, Lynsey and John handled the matter with absolute class. Their communication was immediate, transparent, supportive and solution driven throughout. Rather than walking away from the issue, they explored every possible avenue to make things work, including producing alternative sample stickers for testing and reproducing designs in different formats at their own time and effort.

Although the final outcome was not what any of us had hoped for, the way Icon Wall Stickers conducted themselves was exemplary and deserves to be recognised publicly.

In a world where good customer service is sadly becoming increasingly rare, this company reminded us exactly what it should look like. Honest people, genuine care for their clients, swift responses, professionalism throughout and an obvious pride in the service they provide.

Most importantly, throughout the entire process Lynsey and John remained committed to ensuring we were satisfied with the overall outcome and supported every step of the way. That level of care, accountability and professionalism is something that truly sets a business apart.

We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Icon Wall Stickers to other businesses and individuals alike and we will certainly be returning customers in the future.

Beautiful sticker arrived well wrapped and in good time.
