Staff were great very professional would have given the whole experience a 5 star but when I changed the colour of my purchase it was (which was my choice) it was quite a while and a few phone calls and emails from me to the company to ensure this had went through and been completed

Very helpful.
The assistant was very helpful in making our decision. Gave us delivery time which we were kept updated throughout the process.
However our sofas were delivered on the day we were told they would be and the guys called to say they were on there way, they were very respectful off our property and the sofas were delivered safely.They were exactly what we ordered 2.5 and a 2 seater but I have to say I made a mistake with the 2 seater I feel it looks to small and the style I choose makes it look a bit dated for our room.

I bought a small occasional table which I was then told was “in stock”. Despite this, I was told that it had to be delivered and that was an extra £69 thank you very much. To add insult to injury, I was then told what day of the week you are in my area. For that price, I should be able to say what date suits me

Delivered on schedule and with the premium divery my table was erected efficiently in the room of my choice and all packaging taken away. Plenty of communication before delivery too which was a pleasant surprise.

Had a very good experience with the whole process. The only hic up was I sat in all day waiting for the carpet fitter who did not turn up until 7pm in the evening.

I visited Sterling Home today
I visited Sterling Home today, I hadn’t been in a while and when I walked in was a bit confused as to where I was going..then out of the blue appeared Elaine whom I can only describe as the most friendly, cheerful helpful person ever. She explained she was the stores meet & greet person. She showed me where I needed to go chatting along all the way like a long lost friend which I found wonderful. I will be back soon to pick new wardrobes and hopefully to have a chat with the lovely Elaine.
Store owners should take a leaf out of Sterling Home and get yourselves an Elaine I can gaurantee the customers will stay longer 👏
