I placed an order online and it did not give me the option to customize the product. I called them immediately to cancel the order so I could re-order the correct product. They told me it was too late and I would have to send back the product once I received it.

communication between departments seems a little lacking as I had 2 emails and a phone call checking to see that spelling was correct. But if I attribute it to a company caring about accuracy....you are the best at it.

No Free Returns.
No free returns...
If you are company looking for quality badge holders for your employees, USE AMAZON. I purchased 100 badge holders and when they arrived they weren't the proper holders necessary for outdoor work. They charged 15 dollars for shipping on top of 63.98 for the badges. To return them, it was going to cost an additional 15 dollars. In this day-and-age you come to expect the ability to return products that are not what you are looking for. My fault for not reading the fine print.

We do, however, offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 to help our customer save even more on their purchase.

Bad record keeping from our old IT person meant we no longer had the reorder information for badges. ID Wholesaler was able to identify the card, and ship us blanks that worked the first time. Great service!

Not quite as happy with performance of reels since they changed packaging/supplies - they just don't seem to be as durable. We've had more badge malfunctions since change/customer complaints.
