In reviewing your account, you ordered a Fargo DTC1500XE card printer on Thursday, October 24th. After using the new printer, you reported seeing black smudges on the cards that were printed. On Thursday, November 14th, you brought your ID printer into our Miami location to troubleshoot the problem.
Because our Technical Support team was unable to replicate the issue, we would like to send you a loaner card printer while we continue to troubleshoot. This will ensure your ID card issuance program continues without interruption.

Purchased a Fargo DTC 1250e printer from Mark. He was helpful and got it to us very quickly.
While setting it up I had to call idWholesaler's Tech support. It was fantastic! How wonderful to get someone who knows what he's doing, is nice and got my printer up and running in 12 minutes! How refreshing.
