The cartridge I ordered did not work…
The cartridge I ordered did not work properly, and I did the online chat with customer service. Which all that did was make me more upset!
I was told that since I used it I could not return it, I asked if since I had it overnighted if I could at least get shipping refunded or meet me half way and was told no, and the person I spoke to on chat's name was Felipe V. I'm sure that's not a real name but that's what came up on the screen. I know it is not their intent to not lose money, but I have never had an online chat CSR be so rude!
I actually then called the company. I spoke to someone named Blair, he was much nicer and I felt better even though nothing supposedly can be done!
I have since ordered a new one from another company.

In reviewing your account details, you placed an order for an Evolis half-panel printer ribbon on Monday, November 25th. Unfortunately, the Evolis ribbon that you purchased was not intended for your printing application. As a result, you experienced the issues you described. In addition, our Shipping & Returns policy states that media – like the printer ribbon you ordered – cannot be returned for a refund it if was opened.
We understand your frustration, but the ribbon you ordered was not intended for use with the printer you own. We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your business.

I love that I can always pick up the phone and call and ID Wholesaler can tell me what I have purchased, what # my next proximity card needs to be, what kind of ink I need for my badge printer and place the order for me and charge to my account. I don;t have to do anything! And they do it with the nicest Sales Team ever. I will continue to keep coming back!
