I purchased a 6x3 EcoLast Hybrid Chair Mat by WellnessMats. The mat is of good quality and feels great when standing, but when sitting and using my chair, the chair will not glide easily without me first having to get out of the chair, then move it. When sitting, my chair feels like it's stuck in mud. FWIW, I have a high-end Herman Miller Aeron chair, and I have even replaced the casters to help with this issue. I also purchased (from another source) a 36x55 tempered glass chair mat to place over the hybrid mat for easier chair gliding/moving, but the beveled edges of the hybrid mat made it difficult to use - The glass hangs over the edge. In retrospect, I should have purchased a smaller portable standing mat that I could just pick up and move out of the way when I want to sit.

My package hasn’t arrived and there hasn’t been an update to its status in over a week. I filed an issue and was told I’d have a reply in 48 hours. 48 hours has passed.

I inquired for an update to my standing desk. Their cstomer service was very attentive and provided all the details and information I was requesting. Bought the updates and they where promplty shipped. Good place to do business!

I got an ergonomic Keyboard tray, and it was a breeze of fresh air after getting an non-ergonomic tray with somewhat deceptive images and information from Amazon.

Finding an American-made standing desk was important to me. iMovR built and shipped out my new Lander desk quickly and it was easy to get it set up. The desktop had some shipping damage to its surface and they very readily agreed to replace it.

Quick response from a HUMAN BEING. Means SO MUCH these days of crappy chat bots, phone trees, and AI. I wasn't left waiting or hanging.

Beautiful l-shaped lander desk. Took a while to deliver, but once it was on the move the shipping company was terrific. Call them to make sure you have a scheduled delivery. Came on a medium sized pallet in 15 degree weather in front of a 4-story condo, so get ready for a workout. Setup is way more than 15 minutes, but way less than other adjustable desks. Give yourself an hour.

I asked customer service to hold my shipment *during perhaps the busiest time of the year* because I was going out of town and didn't wany my husband to receive his Christmas present while I was not there to intercept it. They cheerfully agreed and shipped it out when I returned. Flawless transaction and the balance board is very high quality.

This is my second purchase of a desk from iMovR. The first one, a limited edition wood-top captain's desk, was so good, I knew I would not be disappointed. The four-leg model looks elegant in my home office. People are wondering, "Where is the motor?" (Answer: In the legs.) I was concerned that the laminate might look cheap, but it is high quality and fits in well with the solid wood furniture surrounding it. Assembly was a snap. I am happy that these folks are on top of their game!

The wait was the worse part. I went with custom wood desk during a sale. Their customer service dept did their best to keep me informed. I didn't receive tracking like the imovr stated. Though I received calls from a courteous driver. The pallet was packed well and had minimal damage. All accessories came on time with clear tracking.
This rustic walnut desk is impressive and beautiful. The knots and natural burrels within the wood grain are perfect. Easy to pair with phone and very stable at 38". It was the easiest desk to set up even with switching the L side. Very happy with purchase.
