Small damage on the table when it arrived. Otherwise very happy

Simple to setup, easy to move up and down. Holds Two 20" monitors well. Solidly built.
And since I am tall I like how the monitors are higher now than they were before on my desktop ... easier on my eyes and neck.

I order the lander legs without a top (used a stained door). Great product with super smooth function and easy assembly.

FedEx bent one of the pieces and I live near their store. They sacrificed a sales person's future desk to give me the matching set of cross supports.

Their chat online is real people.

Top notch product and company.

I have used the iMovr treadmill in my office for a couple of years and I love it.
I'm not very happy at all with my home purchase though. I received my treadmill and the packaging was damaged; however, the treadmill did not appear to be damaged. When I set up the treadmill the following weekend, I had issues with it. I was able to increase the speed to 2.5 and all was ok; however, when I tried to reduce the speed, the display showed the speed decreasing, but the treadmill kept pace at 2.5 mph. When I hit the STOP button it took several seconds to respond, but it finally did abruptly. I contacted iMovr, then Customer Service as directed. They were unable to help and gave me another Service number to call. I spoke to Service and they said they would order a lower board for replacement. Once I received the board, Service would send someone to install it. I ordered my treadmill 6/26 and I have yet to use it. Very frustrating paying for equipment I can't use.

I must share the extraordinary customer service experience I just had with this company. I ordered a refurbished stand-up desk converter at a steep discount. The desk arrived very quickly (in just a few days) but was in a worse condition than had been advertised, having apparently been damaged during shipping. I sent an email with photographs on a Saturday, expressing my disappointment, and went back and forth with a customer support representative, with no apparent solution. Then, on that very same Saturday, I got a phone call from one of the founders of iMovr. He called me, personally, to apologize and explain that a mistake had been made in the shipping process. He was empathetic, sincere, and made sure I left the conversation feeling taken care of and satisfied with my purchase. Although the desk had a rough ride during shipping, it is 100% functional and easy to use - a testament to the quality of this product. The desk rises and lowers easily and silently, and feels very stable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to great products and innovative solutions coming from this company in the future!

Update: My boyfriend and I were so impressed that we ordered another standing desk converter at full price for him!

*Updated 8/28/20* Now that I have received my desk, let me provide feedback about the product: I really like the desk, and it has made my workspace at home much more enjoyable. Assembly was not an issue with the skill of my husband, we had it put together in an hour or so; the most difficult thing was "tweaking" the autosettings on the controller. I am happy that I have the desk, and would recommend the product to anyone.

It is difficult to rate a product that I still have not received. COVID-19 aside, the freight forward CEVA TRANSPORTATION has internal issues, does not maintain their tracking website in real-time, and are difficult to deal with. I'd be happy to reassess after I receive the desk, as concerns the product itself.

I love this desk. The quality is great and it looks great.

The desk arrived earlier than expected, was easier to assemble than expected, and is working for us better than expected - we couldn't be happier with the product, the customer service and the speedy delivery.

I would love to rate their product yet, despite having been billed $2,000+ several weeks ago, I am not able to because I did not receive my iMovR Lander.

The shipping company used by iMovR, a company CEVA Logistics is one of the worst in the business. No notifications. terrible website, non-working phone numbers, time slots that get ignored, no call backs, delays, you name it.

Feel free to check iMovR's responses to customer complaints on Trustpilot. They are very much aware of the problems and promise to "work on improving their customer experience". This is a baldfaced lie as we can see with our own eyes.

People say good things about the desks, their sales service is fantastic, yet the buying experience is terrible. To be completely honest, I wish I had never ordered there.

And then there is this thing about workwhilewalking.com, the review site owned by iMovR. There is just so much weird about this company that honestly you might just be better off with another manufacturer.

There are a lot of places to buy a standing desk. I know because I think I have looked at all of them. The iMovR website is not the best of the websites I have visited, but workable. I was able to order two desks on two different occasions. They built and shipped them and they arrived in perfect condition. I absolutely love them. I use one for work and one for gaming. They currently do not have the color on their website, but my work desk is red with white legs. Really an exciting color after years of bland wood looking desks. The gaming desk is the carbon fiber. Awesome look as well.

One competent was broken when it arrived. I’m very disappointed since it should be a high quality product based on its price.

Lander desk arrived promptly and was as easy to assemble as advertising suggests. It took a few minutes to get it together and working.

I’m still waiting for my desk. It’s been over a month. No proactive updates

Terrible customer service- their reviews on their website are censored and only the "best". Buyer beware- they do not supply return shipping in the case of exchanges and do not readily advertise that on their product pages.

This review is only for the delivery of their products. I ordered a desk several weeks ago, knowing it would be a few weeks to get it. They use a commercial shipping company with the worst customer service imaginable for the delivery of the desk itself. I got a robocall asking me to sign up for a delivery window, which was yesterday. No desk and no call. So I called back today and the auto message asked me if I want to "keep" my current time slot of 3pm to 7pm YESTERDAY. I'm now on hold for the second time today to speak with an actual human, because the phone system of CEVA logistics dropped me off of hold after being in the state for 15 minutes on my earlier call. The reason I'm writing a one-star review before getting the actual product is that I contacted iMovr yesterday for help and the super helpful chat person (a live human BTW) admitted that their shipping company has legendarily awful customer service. So clearly iMovr knows this and is fine with it.

Great service. Only issue was the wrong color of the cable management kit in the original shipment. The correct kit arrived one week later and contacting customer service.
