Brilliant service from start to finish I’d say! Mark in the sales team came up with a number of solutions for the project and talked through in detail. He allowed time for everything to be digested and followed up a week later for more detailed discussions as was very happy to tweak things to suit. After agreeing to purchase the process was seamless with everyone doing what they said by when they said they’d do it.
Paul and Scott installed everything in a little over a day. We felt very comfortable in their hands and they did a fantastic clean job. They left the system up and running and we look forward to many years of generation of solar power.

In2gr8ted Solutions Ltd installed my solar system recently. Their quote was the most competitive out of several I received, and overall I am very happy with the finished installation. There was a brief delay due to a missing panel, but this was remedied quickly within a week. Communication throughout was generally good, though at times it would have been helpful to have a bit more clarity on timelines and what to expect at each stage. That said, any queries I had were always responded to, and once installation began, everything progressed smoothly and professionally. I would happily recommend In2gr8ted Solutions to others looking for a competitively priced and efficient solar installation.

This company has been really supportive in the aftersales. We had 9 solar panels, a storage battery from Givenergy and a Zappi for our electric cars. Julie has been very communicative and helpful from the start. Keeping us informed of progress throughout the installation and then calling on behalf of us when we needed an engineer from Givenergy. We would recommend this organisation for the installation and super support afterwards.

I’ve recently changed energy supplier and I’m setting up the feeding tariff with them, I won’t mention their name but they have been a real nightmare. What hasn’t been a nightmare is dealing with.in2gr8ted solutions. I had the original install back in May.2023 I’ve been on the phone to them trying to sort out my new energy supplier and they have been fantastic friendly helpful and fully understanding my frustration with my new energy supplier. It’s been a great experience from the very beginning highly recommend.10 out 10.

In2gr8ted are the best solar firm I found, and there are a few cowboy firms out there. From Nick the salesman and the office staff to the very professional fitters Shaun and Jack, who did a brilliant job. Would definitely recommend!

I needed copies of the MCS and DNO approvals for the existing solar installation on the property I've just bought. In2gr8ted Solutions provided these within 24 hours - excellent response.

You'll find my original review dated the 4th June 2024. Over a year has gone by since we had our panels and battery installed and I love looking at how much we have generated every day. With the sunnier weather this spring it's been great. I wanted to update my original review but I can't see any way to do that so thought I'd just add another. I am so glad that I found this company. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I have had no issues since the install was completed. We had this done as part of a major refurb and it's the one part of the build that I feel I got completely right. I'd have no hesitation in going back to this company for more panels if I had room for them !

Great company to use, Paul explained all the options with no hard sell, the turnaround time of signing up and installing was quick and accomodating to a date suitable to me.
Very friendly installers came and stuck it out till late in the day to get the majority done on day 1. Really helpful in explaining the app for the battery etc to my mrs.
Only piece of feedback I have is they left everything really tidy but did leave a large pile of packaging that I will have to take to the tip.
