Good products but some difficulty with paying and delivering
Wide range of products at reasonable price, but I don't like the way the products are listed on the web site; they seem to be in a random order so that it is hard to find what you want. Also it says you can opt out of paying VAT- if you qualify- as part of the order placing and paying process; I could not find how to do this. I phoned the company and a rep said she would try to get VAT removed from my order but she didn't. I could not get my VAT returned or credited. Only £9 but I don't like paying unnecessarily.
The delivery company ignored my request to leave my order with a neighbour and left my package on a wall near my back garden

The products are great
The products are great, just what I need. The only problem I found was the waiting time for Evri to deliver my items. I understood that it was 3 days from ordering, however it took an extra week on top of that.
