Incontinence Supermarket Avaliações

If I could give no stars then I would.
The so called customer service is none existent.
Items were way too small. You can’t exchange or return them.
I wouldn’t mind but they are not even good quality.
ID products are way better and so are their customer service

Everything was great

Excellent communication, Excellent service, Excellent product .

Items were delivered as advertised and within a timeframe given.

Did what you said you would do

Customer service very good.

Really happy with the delivery time and the price from yourselves
Unfortunately the delivery company wasn’t so helpful, they said it was a big box and it would take 2 workers to deliver, this held up thee delivery by 4 days. One man delivered everything which wasn’t that big

Ordering was ok but time item was dispatched and delivered was very slow and I ended up going out and purchasing pads from the shop which kind of beats the objective or using your site

Easy ordering, arrived as expected, all satisfactory.

quick deliveries.
easy to order.
happy all-round.

Easiness of ordering and all to do with the whole process. All in all great company.

Good website with wide choice of branded products at keen prices.
Communication and delivery was excellent.

Timely delivery. Value for money

Good and fast reliable service.

A good company to deal with, orders received are confirmed and promptly packed and dispatched

As mum is a regular user I’ve opted to subscribe, this takes away the hassle of first having to remember to order new pads and secondly the price of the pads is really competitive. They are just a phone call away should you have a query. Inco’s Service has been excellent.
