Migrated website and wiped out my money/discounts. Zero customer service!Review:Absolute joke of a company. Ever since they migrated their website, they have wiped out all of my hard-earned discount codes (worth £5 each). I have tried contacting their customer support team multiple times over the last few months to get this sorted, but they are completely ghosting me and refusing to reply to any emails.It is completely unacceptable to change your website and just steal your customers' accumulated loyalty rewards and balances. Avoid this company. They have zero customer service and do not care about loyal customers. Respond to my emails and reinstate my missing credit immediately. Are i will take this to the authorities.

i have written several emails to this company regarding the fact they sent me expired vape liquid in my most recent order, this occurred nearly a month ago and i have had zero response regarding this issue. i just find it abhorrent there were no checks regarding the product quality prior to shipping the order out.

Great vapes, super quick delivery and some great bargains if you use the deals! To top it off, they send me 2 free vapes to try of which were amazing, so I will definitely be buying more! I’ve had 3 orders from them now and wouldn’t order anywhere else.

Have ordered twice from here.
Really like that they use royal mail next day and you can track it.
Really hate that you can't contact anyone when royal mail mess up.
Will order from somewhere with better communication in future.

On my 6th order I’d say I was happy up until point were I ordered some 11% nic salts and the taste of them was way off and the nicotine levels were mega high so I messaged them and submitted a ticket on there website and I haven’t heard anything in 2 week and when I try to contact there office number no answer

Update: They refunded me half of the money in credit on there website and didn't need to return the oils

Bought a product from these first tine I've used them and will be the last. Received product and was faulty. Messaged them and there response was it's not our fault. We can't help. Disgusting. Do not use.

The best customer service ever! Not only do they do the best deals and free next day delivery on orders over £20, I contacted them when I had trouble accessing their website and they went out of their way to help me fix it, and I was so glad they did because I refuse to shop anywhere else!

Really great service from IndeJuice. I contacted them about a faulty vape device I had received and they responded within hours. After running through the troubleshooting steps they mentioned the device was still not working and they immediately sent me a link to return the device. The replacement arrived the next morning which was incredibly fast. Saved me from trawling the shops to find a temporary device, excellent service, much appreciated.

I made a large order of vape juices, when they arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong flavour, indejuice quickly responded to my email, reassured me I can send the items back and once received they would send out the ones I wanted. Very easy process and turn around timeframe was 4 days from sending and getting new ones. Messaged me with updates. Very good service and would highly recommend using

Been using this company for a few years now, always have a great selection of companies available to choose from and good quality eliquid at very good prices if you check the discounts section and fast delivery.

My only real issue with them is that many liquids can be out of stock often which I suspect is more of an issue for the vendors they work with rather than indejuice themselves.

I had a issue with a delivery and found the customer service great. Fast reply and offered a full refund and voucher on my next purchase 😊 most company's on past wouldn't even offer both but great service

Great prices, great customer services, they were quick to resolve an issue that was not caused by them and even gave a voucher for next time I purchase, which I will be doing!

Always super fast delivery. Very quick t0o reply to any query you may have. Cheaper than buying from the shops. You can track your delivery. I make regular orders and I know i can rely on the quick delivery service. They offer £5 off when you recommend a friend. Ordered my last lot on the 25th April and they arrived on the 27th of April. Can't fault this company at all. Very pleased

I’ve been using indejuice for a couple of years and there are excellent, quick delivery and free if you spend £20, top quality vaping liquids, always discounts and offers. Would recommend to anyone who vapes, never had any issues with them
