I have not experienced the rental itself yet. However, I was in a really difficult position to rent a car because of multiple limitations, and it was vital for my work that I do. An employee, Jake Kitchingman, has gone above and beyond to help me, and he made the rental possible. He was dedicated, and clear about what I needed to make that happen. Give this guy a raise.

Indigo are an incredible car hire company who I've used for multiple trips abroad and continue to use - Greece, Spain, Gibraltar, Portugal. They are incredibly responsive and go out of their way to help you and sort things very quickly. I've changed the dates of my trip a few times and they've been amazing at finding the best deals and making the booking seamless. Completely takes the hassle out of car hire and super smooth process, not to mention I've got some really great car hire deals. Thank you so much !!

Wow, I’ve received such great service from Jake. I had lots of questions and he answered every single one of them no hesitations, made the whole booking process so easy and made me feel like i was safe booking through them. I’ve been informed if there’s any issues what so ever when I arrive I can call them 24/7 so this really put my mind to rest, couldn’t ask for more.
