I was recommended Inessa Advanced Multivitamin to improve my energy levels. WOW! 1 tablet with breakfast and my energy levels now last all day. Wish I had taken it sooner.

I have missed all of my children’s colds this year as I have been taking the Immunity Complex from October until now, February. They are the best thing I have taken for cold prevention and I will now do this every year!!!

I’ve been using supplements for nearly a decade due to my autoimmune disease, and this is the first brand where I’ve genuinely felt a difference. I started 3 months ago with Magnesium and by night two my sleep was finally deep and restful. Adding Relax + Calm made it even better! I later tried the Multivitamin (I love that includes CoQ10) and my energy has noticeably improved... I even feel like I’m getting fewer colds.
When a product truly delivers, I feel compelled to spread the word . Thank you, I’m officially a fan!

Excellent customer service communication and product

Always excellent reliable service from Inessa, I have taken their probiotic for some time now and it has helped relieve the troublesome symptoms of my IBS. I now have it on subscription so I do not run out of my probiotic.

I have used this company for many years and always had good service and the occasional £5.00 off voucher

I have been using the pregnancy vitamins, and calcium and magnesium. The supplements have kept me healthy through pregnancy and breastfeeding, I was particularly impressed that after a quite large amount of blood loss giving birth my iron levels quickly came back to normal with these. The subscription service is easy to alter if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Worst subscription service ever! Cancelling is simply not an option. It’s been months I’m trying to cancel but I can only skip. Customer service has never replied to my email, I really don’t know what to do.

They sometimes put a 79p protect my order on your bill. Why does your order need protecting. The multivitamins are fine and good ingredients but hidden charges are very bad.

I use their Magnesium and Omega 3 Oil and have had no issues. Prompt customer service response when one item was missing from my delivery. The item was sent out a couple of days later and there was regular and reassuring contact from their customer service team. I am very happy to keep ordering from them.

Don’t trust the reviews on here!
I read the reviews on truspilot after purchasing and I was very worried about whether I would receive a refund on my order, as I had to return it because I ordered the wrong thing. Lots of people on here had said they had never received any reply from Inessa when asking for a return and refund so I was very worried! I can state this is definitely not the case! I raised my concerns to the customer service team via their contact form and they replied to me very quickly and refunded my order straight away.

They also explained that the reviews on trustpilot aren’t verified, so it’s definitely worth bearing in mind before you make your decision. The review request from the website are sent out after purchase as well so they aren’t fake ones as I was sent one too.

I thought it would be worth writing a review of my positive experience as a lot of these reviews seem a bit over the top with the negativity !

like so many other reviews on herethe products are no good & you can't contact them & there is no way of cancelling your order as the link doesn't work, don't be taken in by them.
I'm going to report them to trading standards as they are a real scam company.

Some of the best vitamins on the market—I’ve been using them for a while. I had a surplus with my repeat subscription, but after emailing them, they replied the same day and confirmed they had paused it for me!

I have email the only email address on their website for customer support over 10 times now and over 5 weeks. I have had NO response at all. There is no other way to contact them but in the one email they provide that they don’t respond to. All the products I have received are dry poor quality. Avoid. They will never respond to you.

My Mum ended up in hospital with Deep vein thrombosis due to the 20,000% Vit B12 of your daily NRV. She is now taking 6 months of blood thinner medication - I have reported this company and their dangerous supplements and kept all proofs!

Disgusting that you can't cancel your subscription until you have had 2 deliveries of these dangerous supplements. Customer Service doesn't respond to emails - absolutely appalling

Recommend to anyone to cancel your bank card so the subscription doesn't come out! Me my Mum and my sister have all had to do this!

Pregnancy multinutrient was very intolerable. You have to take 2 large capsules to get the full dose and they smell and taste very, very strong and triggered my sensitive stomach quite badly. Even after a few hours, the horrible taste from the capsule would linger.
Managed to organise a refund however cost a bit to send via recorded delivery, and then they claimed they hadn't received it in their warehouse. Very slow, inefficient customer service, had to chase them a few times for my refund.
Quite a shame as the ingredients seemed to be well formulated, but the end product is no good at all.

The multi vitamins has definitely improved my health - more energy, better sleep, nails actually growing etc. I'm sorry to hear that other customers have had issues with cancelling orders - I've swapped and changed in the past with no problems at all.
