Great so far!
So far, I have only used two products from everything that I have ordered, and I have to say that I am impressed. Good thing about Infinity Wax is, that the products are made in Scotland, quite near where I stay, so I would rather pay them, than some big companies. Keep the good work, guys! :)

Trying to contact customer service
Being a returning customer and trying to get a feel for the new products available i was a bit put off that there is no way to speak to anyone. There is a telephone number but it's never answered so, everything is email comms which is troublesome at best.

This is clearly down to poor quality control at carrier point, but although we pay for delivery, it is you who are the customer to the carrier and as such should demand better service from them................. Had a small problem with one of the product, I contacted customer support and they couldn't have been anymore helpful! Fantastic service! Resolved the problem very quickly with excellent communication. 10/10 company!! Plus love all there products. Will definitely continue buying from Infinity Wax.
