Arrived quickly
Was a bit concerned given the move to Tetrosyl. But order arrived quickly just a shame they are using Evri for deliveries as the box was a bit battered. Contents were fine though

Damaged parcel & Re-delivery
The first order i received was delivered damaged. So I sent this back with the courier. I contacted Infinity and they re sent the new package the next day. Very good service and prompt response.

Ceramic coating order.
Usually fast delivery but not on this occasion. Told by Evri that parcel would be delivered between 15.00 and 18.00. Delivery didn’t turn up then got another text to say delivery delayed and would be next day. Three days later Evri delivered parcel. Usually good on both Infinity wax and Evri so must of been a one off. Products are always good and set at decent prices.

Great products and excellent service only one issue
Great products and excellent service. Only issue I have with this company is you have to order £60 worth of goods before you get free delivery. So simple orders to top up our kit is often hit with delivery. Simple air freshers that could be posted should imo be able to be delivered at zero or reduced postage.
