The wrong size print cartridges were sent to me. After reporting this to the company, I was immediately sent an email with a return label.
Although it took about a month for the refund, I was satisfied with their response.

I orded ink not knowing if this was going to be like all of the other companies,where none of the non-Dell ink cartrages worked.
I'm happy that the ink cartrage DO work in my older printer. No one else sells my older Dell printer series. My printer works great! Why should I have to buy a new printer,just because Dell no longer makes these ink cartages?
From now on I will be purchasing from the ink farm!! It arrived quickly!!

fast service: order and delivery. In the few occasions when there has been a problem with the cartridge they have always shipped out a replacement at now cost. Been using them for 4-5 years.

My order was for one color and one b&w cartridge but got two b&w instead. However as soon as I reported the problem the color cartridge was shipped immediately and include a postage paid return envelop.
Mistakes happen, how you resolve them is more important.

Didn't work and leaked black ink onto desk
I purchased black and white, a color cartridges for my HP Photosmart printer/scanner based on reviews I read on Amazon and the attractive price. Ordering was easy. When the cartridges arrived, I installed the black and white one which did not work at all. I cleaned the printhead twice and nothing worked. I contacted inkfarm support who send me a second b&w cartridge which leaked onto my desk when I removed the plastic seal. I contacted inkfarm again explaining the issue and requested a total refund. I sent the malfunctioning cartridge and the three unused color cartridges and am waiting for the refund. I will never again buy cartridges from inkfarm.

Incorrect color sent
The prices are very reasonable but my original order was missing the one ink color I really needed and was substituted with a color I had not requested. I called customer service who said they would rush to me the correct color (plus an extra) and that I could keep the color that was sent in error. I thought this was very nice of them. However the correct ink was sent regular mail and I was at that point totally out of that color. The printer would not work without it. The replacement ink arrived four days later.
