Black cartridge work and color cartridges don't work. I am not going to the trouble of returning bad color cartridges, but if you choose you can credit my acct for the amt. It is your call.

Speedy service, nice prices, sometimes I have to reinsert to cartridge for the printer to recognize it. This is in regard to the remanufactured cartridges.

told ink would be sent in two days. then told eight so i told them not to send. told it was too late to stop it. 28 days later still have not received my order.
