I needed 500 customised banner pens as souvenirs for a funeral. Whilst most other competitors turned me away because of my extremely short notice, Insignia were able to deliver quality products within the turnaround I required without any hassle. The agent I dealt with was very responsive and professional. I had no reason to be concerned during production as she kept me informed of progress. She even threw in free artwork and delivery for what was already a competitive unit price compared to those competitors who turned me down.
I highly recommend Insignia and will definitely be using them again for any promotional project.

Insignia were very helpful ensuring I ordered the correct products for my project. Helped and supported with ordering, very quick to do invoices of the items so I knew what I had ordred, the quantity and price. Excellent contact either by telephone or e-mail. Never no trouble if I needed information or anything clarifying. Great with advice so I did get ecactly what I wanted. The products arrived very quickly and are of superb quality.
