It is wonderful to come across a company that still retain working values that so many others have let lapse. It has been our experience that working with Insignia has been an absolute pleasure. When they say they will get back to you with a quote, they do! When we change the brief and ask for a re-quote, they do! When they say they will deliver, they do! All without fuss!!! We have worked on a few projects now and each time the team there have produced exactly what we wanted to the highest quality, efficiently and ahead of schedule to accommodate our demands.

Having discovered our stocks of pens were low, and a special event was upcoming, Insignia did a very quick turnround of our order, which included updating our artwork, without any compromise to the quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything went to timescale as agreed , slight hiccup as order couldn't be processed without up front payment (only for a first order) but the company were flexible on this after discussion --product looks good --would highly recommend.
Communication with the company was 1st class prompt and succinct.

We needed some lanyards and card holders quickly. Insignia were great, they responded to my request and plea for help.

Nearly all of our items have been great - we did have an issue with some torches that we ordered not working very well but they were replaced and a credit note issued.
