I was having difficulty accessing my account and the trading platform, after a 6 month break from trading. Jason was very helpful in helping me navigate the system and so patient when my computer appeared to freeze. He waited while I tried to fix the problem with his help, reassuring all the while, that I could take my time and he was right there with me. Excellent service from his support and very confidence building for my future trading with this company.

PLEASE read ALL of this review BEFORE you decide to use this broker!! (You will regret it if you don't!)
I have just updated this review, mainly to point out that Intertrader has responded, but only with the generic, "we are sorry you're not happy...etc etc...please contact us...etc etc..." All these responses to 'real' negative reviews are simply there to give the impression they care about you and are keen to resolve issues. Trust me, they are NOT. As many others have pointed out before, if you have anything negative to say or resolve, they do not reply and/or they fob you off by saying it's all your fault, and nothing to do with how they run their business. If you're lucky to get a response from them, it will be... it's not our fault. Everything we do is within the rules, and is 100% correct and ethical. We never make any mistakes, and we always stay within the law.
First of all, please ignore the totally false 4+ star rating, as that is very decieving indeed. It does NOT represent this companies attitude towards making it's money (off YOU!!) If you read ALL the positive reviews, they are only regarding a few of their agents helping (usually very new) customers to get their account setup, deposit money (which is what they're ultimately after!) and withdrawing funds. Think about this...actually allowing you, and helping you to withdraw funds from your account can usually be very beneficial to them. This is because when markets then move against you, you will have less funds in your account, and probably end up getting margin calls, and ultimately your positions closed at big losses. This is good for them!)
I did eventually get a reply after formally complaining. They claimed my trades were closed by Avatrade before reaching them and I am to contact them. Also, the recent trades closing were my fault, not theirs. So, I complained to the FOS and instead of explaining themselves, they've told the FOS that they are not within their juristiction!!
Ask yourselves..would a good trading company that had a 4+ star rating on Trustpilot do that?
Exactly! That's why you should ignore that (false) good rating and decide to use this company using the actual reviews of the company business practices. (Not the useless or fake reviews of a few helpful customer agents they have working there. They only give everyone the totally wrong impression).
So, the latest update is that I am now waiting to see if the FOS can investigate this. Hopefully they can, but if not, I will take it to court and let a judge decide.
What continues is my original review...
To start off with, I was unfortunate enough to be migrated from Avatrade to Intertrader. During that process I had a few open trades automatically closed at a major loss. (I was hoping to keep them open for many days or weeks longer in order to minimise the losses, but I never got that choice as they closed them all, before migrating what was left of the remaining balance. I sent them a message about this, asking why they did not give me a choice, but I never got any reply.
I carried on opening and closing trades as I had done with Avatrade, hoping to eventually get a reply and maybe recieve some compensation (or simply have the trades re-opened again), but none of those happened. They simply did not reply!
Luckily for me, since then I have been creating profits slowly, and last week I managed to create profits of over 15k (thanks to Trump going to war with Iran, making the EUR/USD drop down around 1.5%!)
But this morning I noticed somebody has accessed my account and closed 99% of ALL my trades resulting in a loss of £85k!!!
Looking at all their answers to any issues customers have complained about on Trustpilot, they seem to want us to always email them. So, I have emailed them at the address they advertise but I have not had any reply (again) yet.
I informed them that my account has been accessed and (almost) all my trades have been closed. I did not close them, nor did I want anyone else to close them, and if they do not reinstate my trades and balance, I will report them to the FCA as well the police, because they have effectively stolen my money. I also stated that I will take legal action as well, in order to recover my money, and get compensation for this, as well as my losses when my account was migrated.
I will keep this review updated, especially if they reinstate my trades or refund me the balance I had at the time.
Please note: I am not here to cause any issues for Intertrader, I just want my trades back and an explanation as to who closed them and under whose authority. So far they have not done this. Therefore you can make up your own minds if you are willing to trust such people with your money.

No recomiendo este broker, tiene practicas abusivas con sus clientes, después de haber estado operando por un mes, solicité un retiro parcial de ganancias y comenzaron los problemas, tardan hasta 7 días hábiles en gestionar un retiro cuando en otros bróker lo máximo que tarda es 1 día, algunos son instantáneos, después una espera de 5 días hábiles, comenzaron a hacer transferencias internas de dinero en mi cuenta, sin mi autorización y sin informarme al menos. Lo primero que hicieron fue cancelar el retiro que estaba esperando, luego reintegraron ese dinero a mi cuenta, luego solicitaron un retiro por el total de las ganancias en mi cuenta, al siguiente día mi cuenta solo tenía el valor del depósito inicial, y pasados unos días solicitaron un nuevo retiro por el total de mi depósito inicial y después de 4 días me devolvieron mi depósito inicial cobrando por supuesto una comisión oculta y nada clara y me informaron por correo que habían cancelado mi cuenta aduciendo motivos que nunca demostraron. Cabe anotar que todos los movimientos que hicieron en mi cuenta los hicieron a nombre mío, como si fuera yo mismo quien los estuviera solicitando y jamás fue así, tengo como evidencia los correos electrónicos que llegaban cada vez que ellos en mi nombre realizaban dichos movimientos. Tengan cuidado con este bróker, son unos tramposos, te quitan tu dinero sin ningún motivos.

Absolutely useless, support and customer service, Join through training educator, which are really good, but this mob, i have to send 10 email to try and link my account to the educator, its was like pulling teeth, then had 4 phone calls to sort and all the agents did not have a clue who their partner was, i missed a huge gold trade because of the incompetence, i raised a formal complaint 2 weeks ago has sent chase emails, absolutely no reply, Give this shower a huge wide berth, there are much better brokers than this useless lot!

Hey, I’m actually not into giving feedback or anything but this trading platform outperforms the others as far as customer service goes. Agni, called me twice to get my uploading of documents solved.
