Today, I had some issues with my account and I found Jimmy, one the best and most patient, man. For some reason I had a lot of technical issues at the same time, and Jimmy was so kind and professional to hold patiently, while I was trying on my side to follow his instruction. Few Hours later, Jimmy called me back to check if I needed further assistance. So great support, from a very professional Dude. Thank you Jimmy.

Just joined Intertrader this afternoon
Registering was very easy and simple. Once registered I was prompted to verification process
Straight away ,Uploaded my documents within short space of time verification was complete received email my account was ready to trade.
I logged in created my MT5 account
With what I had an inquiry sent them email with my query within 2 minutes of sending this email I received a call
Which is one off with any brokers I used in the past Agni Elia was Client service representative who answered my query in a professional and timely manner.
Very good experience with INTERTRADERso far hopefully they will keep up the good work in the future.

Had to call the help centre due to various attempts to put on a trade with no success. The call was received by Jimmy who was very patient and extremely helpful talking me through a step by step process via a video link. It was so important to speak with someone directly and not the very frustrating automated services you encounter nowadays . Problem was resolved completely. Thank you.

Very prompt and efficient support from Savvas when dealing with ETF dividends due on my trading account.

I opened an account with Intertrader and experienced a deletion of $8,515 in profits on Aug. 17, 2024, from my trades. I requested a reversal, but it was not processed. Once disappointed, I filed a complaint with their regulator. I am still waiting for my profit to be reverted back.

I neeeded to contact Support at Intertrader today and was expecting the normal email back saying someone will respond within 24 hours. To my amazement and pleasure I received a call back from Agni within 2 minutes of me sending the email! There was a little forwards and backwards during the day however both Agni and Jimmy resolved the query brilliantly, and, the day before Christmas Eve!
