This company is absolutely despicable! Never ever buy from them they are basically thieves! They take your money then when the products eventually arrive they are substandard/ broken or a totally different item to the one your ordered! Even when I sent photos of what I ordered and what I actually received they gave no refund and said I had to return them to China which I did recorded delivery costing me nearly £30! 6 months on and numerous emails back and forth my parcel comes back to me! Absolutely outrageous! Never buy from them! They should be shut down!!!

Received necklace not real stone just glass and metal. Very poor quality. Can’t find any return details in order to get refund.

The items that arrive are nothing like the ones shown in their website. They spin a good story and show photos but there are no precious stones or crystals, just cheap glass. Don’t waste your money.

Isabel Rose Boutiqe is a fake business who have now changed thier name to Lynne boutique. They have actually used the same picture in the new business. Jewellery is fake, poorly made and not as advertised. They are based in middlesex. Do not buy from this company they are scammers.
