DO NOT EVER GAMBLE WITH THIS COMPANY! Spent thousands and FINALLY got a bonus, as I did they closed my account with no explanation whatsoever! They refunded me the £38 I had in my account, I spun at £5 for thousands and when I finally hit a bonus they closed my account down instantly without any reasoning, quite clear they aren’t willing to pay out, they are scamming, robbing so and so’s so please gamble with somebody else!!!!

Made account for my daughter years ago but through my PayPal account until just today did it thru bank transfer as lost my debit card which they accepted no problem. She is disabled but loves to sit withe me and play bit bingo. Had win of 225 pound went withdraw but said can't withdraw this account. I did live chat but they said need speak ACC holder explained she can't communicate properly didn't ask if I had proof who she is or anything which I do. Now have closed account and they taken money. Appalled by this as they had no problems taking deposits from my PayPal account for many years. Stay well clear of jackpotjoy. They take your deposits no problem

This site is a scam deposited £150 on fishing frenzy jackpot joy on a £1 stake biggest win was 75p and not the bonus once these need investigated scam

Well all I see is bad reviews but I win majority on this site I’ve no need to big the site up but I put 7.60p on one of the cash strike games not saying which aha and come away with 480 quid and I often drop cash off jackpot joy slots so works for me 😘

This site is a absolute rip off,deposited over £200 playing pirots 4,biggest win i had was about a fiver and never got the bonus once,this site needs to be investigated because the win ratio is an absolute joke,absolute scammers.

Spent 600 quid, spin bonuses were pretty much non existent. On the odd occasion where I forced a bonus for filling up bonus lines; the payment was laughable. This is daylight robbery. I have since self excluded and will never play this rip off again.

Wow, been a member for almost 20 years and has gone downhill fast since Ballys took over. They are too greedy, rtp dodgy. Full house prizes reduced dramatically. They remove or reduce things on site and their answer ‘to improve player experience’ . Site used to have a wonderful chat community with lots of rooms to chat in. Now reduced to one room and no engagement from ‘hosts’ apart from select few. Few promos on home page. If you win a bonus you open box to be 0. Same game winners over and over, shoddy algorithm system. Nothing happens in chat to engage room, chat promos are a rarity and then it closes at 10pm, like being at school. After winning my account was closed for verification,I was told 72 hours , each agent i spoke to has told me something different , I have now had my funds locked and now able to access them , its been over 1 week and still no further forward its not professional at all . I have still got no idea at all what is happening with my account ! I would choose wisely which bingo site you use this is not the one.

No loyalty to existing customers if you play on there site regular they stop your bonus .. instead of not letting them deposit they just take away the bonus it gets frozen.. don't get me wrong it's got good games and alot of range but when it comes to showing gratitude for loyal customers it's a nope .. hook line sinker .. Updated review - still no funds returned to my account was told 72 hours then 5 days. Chased this up on 5th day ( 6 days including weekend ) and told it could be longer with now no timescale. 6 days my money has now sat in this sites account waiting in a que to be verified speaks volumes. I’ve demanded an outcome today or I’m moving forward with complaints no customer should be told to just wait it’s not professional whatsoever. Not great to be honest loaded £300 into the game. Played a few slots seem to be very low payout compared to other sites. Did say £50 free on bingo however I never got this after depositing! How ever did get one of the box bonanza by text message opened it up got £39 for free which was a magic touch! This site used to be really good 10 years back 👍 not sure what’s happened! I had given up on online casinos . They all seemed such low rtp it was no longer worth it … then jackpot Joy gave me a random bonus so I decided to give them a chance … felt like how online casinos used to feel … rtp is clearly higher than other casinos .
