After I made a slight error on my order they were brilliant in getting replacements goods out in double quick time. The fault was all mine but they really got me out of jail. Great service

Fast response
Fast response, quick delivery. We ordered two plaques, and although one is a bit clearer than the other, they both seem fine.

Hi Keith,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We always aim to deliver a 5-star experience, so it’s disappointing to see a 4-star rating.
Because bamboo is a completely natural product, each piece has its own unique grain and wood colour. We do highlight this on the website as the engraving finish can vary slightly from piece to piece - which we love because it gives every award its own individual character and charm! However, we completely understand if you were looking for a more identical look.
For your next order, we’d highly recommend one of our glass awards, which offer a beautifully uniform finish.
Thank you again for choosing us, and we look forward to working with you on your next project!

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to be a 5-star company, so it’s disappointing to see a 4-star rating. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the delivery and packaging - was there any issues at all with the award?
We'd love to know more - please email us on info@jayceetrophies.co.uk and we can assist you further.
