It wasn't "great" - I ordered online & what I ordered arrived! And now I'm being asked to rate my experience - when I buy milk from the local shop they just say "good morning"!

Resposta da J.C. Campbell Electrics
Hi Ben,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review. We really appreciate your feedback.
On the day we received your order, we contacted you by email to advise that, due to an exceptionally high volume of orders combined with the recent Bank Holiday period, we were experiencing a temporary delay in dispatching orders.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, periods of unusually high demand—particularly for popular products—can occasionally result in short delays despite our best efforts.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this particularly busy period.
