You took my online order, but didn’t advise me that the fan was not in stock. No communication whatever until I chased it up. When it did arrive it sat in the warehouse for days until, after my 3rd phone call it was picked up by the courier.

Still waiting for the package after 2 weeks

No indication that the product is not stocked when purchasing online. Noted no progress on the order for over 1 week. contacted and was told that their supplier says they will have it soon so will have it by the end of the week. Another week went by and a followed up again. Same statement. I said at this point I rather cancel and have my money back. They ignored that request (didn't even respond to that email). I started a PayPal complaint to get my refund but the product eventually showed up before that could be resolved.

Order took 4 weeks to come, rang three times before delivery was sent.

Great quality lights really love them, the shipping took awhile but I’d order again. Thanks

The "Diginet Load Bypass & Correction Device" seemed like it would overcome flickering with some LED lights running on a dimmer and the price was pretty good. It works well, as hoped for. Only issue was that they were out of stock so there was a delay with delivery, but only a couple of weeks.
Good product and does what it's claimed to do.

The parts were not in stock, they didn't bother to tell me. I called 2 weeks later looking for my parts, that's when they told me the parts were not yet in stock. I suggested it may be a good idea to inform the customer. If it was not a phone, I am sure I would have received a shoulder shrug indicating how little they cared. They told me the parts were a week away. Two weeks later they arrived. all up 4 weeks for a light.

Not the best transaction I have had through Trade Me NZ.. Communication could have been better... Freight costs were hidden in the price...

Very good price and product exactly as ordered. While the product did take much longer to arrive than expected, my enquiries were always answered promptly, politely and helpfully.
The delivery with Australia Post enabled easy tracking.
We would definitely use again.
