Great service after an initial hiccup
I always say that the measure of a company's good customer service is how they behave when something goes wrong.
I needed a spare power adaptor for a vision mixer and asked them to send me the correct part as they were an authorised reseller. Unfortunately the agent gave me the wrong information so I was sent a part which wouldn't connect to the mixer.
I phoned the company up and spoke to Jamie who was so helpful. He sourced the correct part, and arranged for delivery plus collection of the incorrect one. At all times Jamie kept me updated by phone calls and emails.
Would use the company again because of Jamie.
Would have given 5 stars but for the initial hiccup.

Ordered easily, delivered perfectly - except for the local delivery agent! Left my expensively purchased computing units insecurely between two external dustbins!

Ordered item mid week on next business day delivery took 8 days to turn up. Several calls and emails made all with promises of delivery.

Unreliable provider
They hold the goods and money for I ordered for almost 3 weeks and cancelled it with no reasons provided. Their online chat service provide different information to when you call them. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER.

Start to finish the customer service was top notch (for this reason I have returned 3 times over the course of 8 years.
My order was going to be delayed by 4-6 weeks as it was 'bespoke' they contacted me, asked me to call and it turned out it was simply the colour - if I chose any other colour it would be with me the next day! Initiative I am very grateful for - thanks team. It is clear that the team actually talks to each other and that comes through in joined up thinking and strengthens their customer service significantly.

Knowledgeable sales agent
I called Jigsaw sales for help in choosing an external drive I want to use as a Time Machine backup. There’s so much info/ online reviews I felt it would be easier to talk to someone. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and checked everything for me before I went ahead with the purchase.
