One of the best customer services I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to. Orders get processed relatively fast, I did have some issues with delivery, when I emailed I got a response back from Becky, very helpful and clear. She offered 2 options to resolve the issue and had sent off my replacement within 24hours of me speaking with her.
Highly recommended and the products are spot on!

I purchased a set of ngt bite alarms for jk outdoors and they arived very quick.
Unfortunatly the reciver devoloped a fault and still under waranty, i emailed jk outdoors about this and a couple hours later they replied saying that they have sent me a new set with a retun label to send the old ones back.
This is hands down the best service i have ever recived from any company/business.

I ordered two reels, unfortunately one come in a slightly damaged box and the reel was faulty. I emailed to let them know and they was quick to respond and helped me out very quickly. They sent me out a brand new one. It arrived today. Very satisfied. Great communication and quick delivery.

I purchased my item from JK Outdoors as it was the best price on the internet. My item arrived promptly, sadly it didn’t fit well so I ordered the next size up which also arrived next day. I was refunded for the first item promptly after it was received. Can’t fault the customer service.

Customer service was outstanding, I made an error on ordering and they were fantastic and sent order out again. Then replaced an item which was damaged with no issues at all. Products that arrived were great quality.

i buy fishing items from a few companies, recently i have found JKoutdoors and their NGT items, the quality of the items is good quality and very reasonably priced also, on the occasion that i had an issue with a small fault to an item, staff dealt with it immediately and professionally, cannot find better customer service in my opinion, keep up the good work

Ordered and was supposed to be delivered next day ! Evri lost my parcel i emailed jack (the owner) sent out the items again ...
