DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. A nightmare,

A nightmare,
Order placed in March. Was out of delivery after few days, and the parcel disappear. Of course is DPD fault, but from that moment they have started pushing back to DPD and DPD to them. They have started investigation after investigation. And I’m still waiting an answer about my refund. (1 month after the order). I’m sure they will push back again and again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a 100 pound carp mystery box it’s says u are guaranteed to get more than you payed it was okay I give it a 6 out of 10 I don’t see how it’s worth more than 100 but it was good to do and did get a few nice bits I’ve don’t a lot of carp mystery boxes from a lot of different places so I’ve had better and worst but it’s a mystery at the end of the day

Rod does not appear pink when it arrived

I purchased this rod as my wife has just started fishing with me and wanted a pink rod. The image appeared to me as hot pink however when it arrived in reality it appeared bright red. After a quick exchange of messages return was relatively easy with the full amount paid refunded (including postage) and free return label supplied.

Still waiting for refund

The item came damaged, really struggled to get through to them on the phone , eventually got a reply off an email, sent item back track and trace said item was received by them , emailed again for refund and they said its not been processed , could take up to 14 days even though ive proof they have received it , just hoping I get refund soon as its over £200 Not good service in my eyes

Long delivery

When I ordered it said it 2-5 day delivery. I ordered on 4th of March and it's March 20 today and I'm still waiting for items I ordered. In Q&A it says that some of items might take up to 16 day to be delivered. It didn't say it for items I was ordering, as I said on checkout it stated 2-5 days. I'm going on "fishing" holidays in 2 days, hopefully it will be delivered by then. Other then that shop has a big variety of fishing tackle for all occasions, with reasonable price.

Exceptional Customer Service

Spoke to company yesterday regarding a return of an item bought and returned ( had faulty zip) 3 weeks ago. Apparently returned item was held up in Dutch customs so had not, as yet, been delivered back to Fishdeal. Without hesitation they offered a full refund even though I’d originally requested a replacement. Really impressed with level of service and will not hesitate to use this company again in the future

Wrong rod delivered twice

I ordered a spinning rod off of them and they sent me a baitcaster which I returned and they said they would be sending me the right spinning rod and when it arrived it was the exact same baitcaster they sent me the first time this is ridiculous got it wrong twice when I specifically ordered a spinning rod

Poor service

email on a tuesday to cinfirm my item had been posted, lies lies and more lies, they posted it on a saturday so now they can have it back and ill buy from another shop.
Poor service no comms just as long as they get your money
