Service Department advisor managed my accident damage claim quickly and arranged a speedy repair once my insurance company had approved the claim

Car pick up service and standard or workmanship all very good.

Extremely hard to make contact with Service team. Car was collected on a Monday morning and I tried calling on Tuesday for an update. Had to call over 5 times throughout the day before phone was answered (and I let it ring for a very long time each time). Finally got through to a lady who said she would get an update for me - didn't happen.

Same on Wednesday. Over 5 long unanswered calls. Tried general number for Tayside and they transferred me to a line that wasn't answered. When I finally got through at 1530 on the Wednesday I was told "oh your car is ready now".

It is poor that phones are never answered, but also poor that when a car is in for a Warranty repair that I was given no indication of how long car would be in, or a proactive update after having the car in for a day to let me know when you might expect it to be finished.

no problems car going really well now what else can i say. Would like a newer model but undecided which fuel system to take

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient snd kept me informed.

Made very welcome and they are very helpful. My car was also in great condition when i picked it up.

Communication very poor, almost non existent even after numerous phone calls and email requests after initial discussions about follow up warranty work.
I seriously doubt i will return to use this branch again

Went in for a recall egr.. no warning lights on dash . Had car 4 years with no problems . Miraculously they had car for five hours and car comes back with an EML on saying it needs DPF replaced. It might be a one in a million coincidence but very doubtful. Phoned to ask for an explanation but they are not in the slightest interested. Wish I'd never put the car in for the recall now.

The whole experience was painless apart from the lack of a courtesy car.
That said, you did good!

JC Dundee. Communication is appalling. Almost no updates without prompting. Professionalism is lacking compared to other BMW dealers. Sadly but really do not rate this branch. Still waiting for deposit. Still waiting for call re touch up pen. Same old, no communication. Last time I was in I heard 4 separate apologies to 4 separate customers. Sorry but there it is.

Good communication from dealer with regards to order progress. This is my 2nd new bike purchase from John Clark and have found them to be professional at all times.

Very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend for buying or servicing your vehicle.

Terrible customer service . No ine wants to answer phone and when they do the service manager is never avalible or ever phones you back. Not interested in there customers
