Fault finding
The work carried out was a good standard and customer services kept me updated throughout.
The only bad point was that the inside of my car was not as clean as when I dropped it off, back seat dirty and drivers footwell covered in dirty boot marks

very helpful customer service
I had an issue with my computer alerting me to a need to inflate my tyres on a regular basis and I needed them to be checked over professionally. The person on the service desk couldn't have been more helpful, even although I did not have a scheduled appointment. Not only did the garage sort the computer issue satisfactorily, they also washed and hoovered my car. Fantastic service, Well done.

A touring friend from southern France…
A touring friend from southern France had an unavoidable tyre issue while visiting tayside. JC replaced the tyre and noticed an uncompleted recall issue.
All completed and he has now returned to France.
Excellent customer service and care.

Very disappointed with my service with…
Very disappointed with my service with mini, I was shocked with this I have always had such high expectations.
Had a number of fault lights appear on my car and required mini assist. My break was also screeching and my car kept cutting out. My car is not even 2 years old.
Was told that my car had a battery fault but they can’t do anything until they lights reappear, nothing done with my brakes and my car handed back to me.
Now my car is saying it requires service. This was was showing when the car was handed back to me.
Disgusted with the service and I will not purchase from mini again based on this.

Andy Cromar is excellent for arranging the motor bike service and everything along with it. Unfortunately same cannot be said for the John Clark telephone system, this would be a minus star rating.

Very poor service .
Very poor service .. communication is diabolical. Not just one issue with brake fluid service & MOT. Lots of issues, poor communication with me and would appear to be same internally. Wrong tyre ordered ..they only discovered when I was in to collect car .. to find that nothing had been done on my car at all ! Had issues the year before too .. but won’t be a third time.

Disappointing standards
The collection and delivery service was very easy however the high costs of the service and MOT were not reflected in the fact that I rode the bike 3 days after the service and the key battery warning light was on the dash and the recall done on the swing arm is below “BMW standards” leaving bare metal behind.

Very poor customer service from the in…
Very poor customer service from the in branch team. Was told to pick my car up at 4pm and ended up sitting waiting for 40 minutes in the car showroom. The detailed work recommended after a service was not all carried out due to not having the correct parts, I needed my car back that day as they were unable to provide me with a courtesy car. Had the work inspected by a different garage and not all the work that was detailed was required. Also my front dip bulb was not changed despite this being a 2 minute job at my local Halfords store the mechanics could have easily changed it.

Fantastic car buying experience
Fantastic car buying experience, from first contact with Lee at John Clark BMW, he answered all my question and worked with me to purchase my first BMW, with this experience I have no hesitation and returning to BMW to purchase my next car.
