Another fantastic experience from James at Dundee Audi, this is my second Audi purchased both sold to me by James amazing customer service again. from start to finish James was professional and helpful.he took the time to answer any questions I had and made the process smooth and stress free. Offered me a test drive in the new car and also took his time out to walk me round the car
And explain everything I’m great detail about the new car. I felt confident in my decision thanks to his guidance and help. I highly recommend James for any help or sales.

No offer of test drive. Not shown any figures on the computer. If I had I would have notice I was being overcharged by £600. Did not see email till I got home and had to phone to get this refunded. No walk round car when collecting and therefore can’t prove chip stones showing on car. Not shown the controls therefore when I stopped at service station the side mirrors did not automatically pull in and was hit by car. I was not shown how to do this. Overall sale was rushed to get sale through by end of month so salesman could get his commission.

My experience at Audi dundee was very smooth and simple, Gareth my salesman was very helpful and the communication from him was consistent during the process of getting my car.

Did my deal with Kris in Dundee for my Audi A3 really lovely easy going guy to deal with. Kept in touch explained everything nothing was a problem. Would definitely go to this branch again.

Excellent assistance from Colin McCathie in every respect.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and his unpressurised demeanor was encouraging without being overbearing.
I nearly missed out on the car, as originally the website stated No Longer Available, and I'm very glad I telephoned anyway to enquire about similar vehicles, as he was able to clarify that Dundee Audi simply hadn't taken delivery of it yet.
