I visited your Dundee Audi with my Sister to look at exchanging my present Audi
I visited your Dundee Audi with my sister to initially think about changing my car, but hadn't thought about doing it on the day. However the moment Brett Williamson introduced himself we both that Brett came across warm, friendly, knowledgeable and put us both at ease,he never once was pushy or didn't take the time listen, offered us both his advice and was honest and open from the word go. Brett was fantastic ,took his time, we both felt that his sole focus was on us and expained fully things that I didn't understand or needed more clarification.
Brett is an assest to the team at Dundee Audi. I cannot express my delight at how at home I felt in making the purchase of my vehicle, even after returning home, Brett maintained contact by both phone and Email.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Brett to anyone planning on visiting the Team at Dundee Audi. Definitely a 5 star or 10 out of 10 rating from me .

Excellent sales person
Excellent sales person. Not pushy but very informative. I was nervous driving an automatic/electric car for the first time, the sales person rang me the next day checking that I had got home safely after collecting my new car.

Smooth and efficient
I found the whole experience of buying the car very straight forward. The private plate transfer was all done for me and when it came to the actual handover on the day that too was relaxed and very informative .

Another fantastic purchasing experience at Dundee Audi. I was well looked after by Hamish and Craig. I am a regular customer and have always had good customer service. This is my third Audi from Dundee Audi. Always a very friendly atmosphere. Mark Dolan was a great help from showing me around the car to test drive and to arrange all the paperwork re the vehicle and assigning my cherished number plate on to the new car. Hassle free. Great at selling
We had a wonderful start for lease our brand new A4. Shame the car had five faults in 18 months. Nobody offered any replacement or compensation. We will get rid of the car soon enough and will never return.
