Scott Arthur was excellent.
Scott Arthur the Salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient, explained everything very clearly. Unfortunately we did not purchase but this was only because of price as all the staff were lovely.

Great experience
We were well looked after by Stuart today when we were in the showroom. He was well informed about the car and talked through all the processes around a possible purchase.
The test drive went well and Stuart answered all our queries.
All in all a very pleasant experience compared to others we have had ,which led to a sale for Stuart.

Too much disappointment to put into…
Too much disappointment to put into words but the customer service I have received whilst my newly purchased vehicle has been in for a repair to the bodywork which occurred whilst in their premises before I collected the car has been appalling. I was originally told the repair would take a few days and my car was in for 18 days. Nobody answered the phone or if they did promises that someone would call me back were never honoured and I was getting fobbed off. So basically they had my car at their premises for two weeks before they even started the repair knowing full well that I was struggling without the car and was desperate to have it back. After asking on two occasions to speak to the manager they finally called to say it was ready. I was handed the keys back with no offer of apology for all the stress and they couldn’t get me out of the building quickly enough!! Needless to say I will not be setting foot in that dealership again!!

Great experience with Joseph
Came in today and spoke with Joseph, had a great experience. He was very friendly and informative. Told me everything I could need to know. He listened to everything I wanted/ was looking for in a car. Not once did I feel any pressure or uncertainty. In the end, I purchased the car and can’t wait to pick it up.

Grand experience getting my car
Made everyone easy for arranging pick up and finance on my car, flexible and responsive to queries. Made sure everything was working well before I left. Followed up within a week to confirm it was still going well.

Recently purchased our new car from john clek aberdeen. We dealt with Yusif and can't fault his service. Yusif and the team were extremely accommodating and worked with us to meet our needs and our budget. Walked away happy with our new car and the service received. Would recommend john clark.
