After 4 years with my first Volkswagen I had no intention of looking elsewhere, and the care and expertise I dealt with 4 years ago were the same today. Nearing the end of my PCP agreement I went to Specialist Cars to see what my options were, and the process to now having my new car as soon as a week later was clear, quick and accommodating. When buying car from VW Aberdeen it was very excellent experience that I received compared from buying from BMW Aberdeen

My car was booked in online for its yearly service, I noted that I wanted DSG oil change/service, 2 front tyres and new front wipers. the service was complete on the day however the wipers were not changed, DSG service not completed and no new tyres even after they picked up on them in their health check. When I phoned them they said they never knew about the DSG service request, they said it was too late to fit the tyres that day and they would fit new wipers which they never did.

Purchasing my new Polo was made very easy with the help of Stephen Morrison. From walking in to the showroom to driving away in my car was a very stress free experience.

Gary met me on my first visit and put me at ease on my request for a certain used car and through his dedication I have a car that was explained to me and all the internet forms that had to be completed.
Adam assisted Gary to get the car ready for me to pick up.
I then went and left my garage remote door controller in my old , which Gary brought to my house to save me the journey into Aberdeen.

Great experience buying a car from a John Clark, Adam the sales rep was fantastic throughout. Very helpful and informative.
Car fully explained, with video before arranging test drive. When arriving to test drive, the car was fully explained to me before setting off.
Had noticed a few unmentioned scratches (larger and deeper than the usual wear and tear) these were putting me off the specific car due to the fear of rust etc. They arranged for the car to be polished and it came back a few days later looking great.
On the day of pick up it was super simple and straight forward even with the part exchange.
Would highly recommend.
Fingers crossed I won’t need to be back anytime soon, but when I do I certainly would go back here.

Staff were friendly and attentive. In my mind we got a good deal and are pleased with our car.

My salesman Gary Brown is very helpful and realised what I wanted from my new vehicle. Made everything clear and easy to understand and delivered the vehicle I wanted a lovely all black T Roc with nice silver and black shiny wheels.

After an extremely poor customer services experience with VW customer care, located in South Africa and having no perception of logistics and issue with my Tiguan R. 2 weeks later Beth from UK Customer care contacted me as I insisted my breakdown was escalated and not as they had tried to close the case - twice!! Bryan @ John Clark Aberdeen was who took ownership of this, and was absolutely first class with his support and communication. The time and effort he put into resolving the problem which had it been ignored would have damaged the engine significantly. This car I did not originally purchase through their dealership - thank you to Bryan and team @ John Clark Aberdeen VW.

I found the entire process rigid. There was no negotiation and no attempt to reach a settlement from the sales team. It was take it or leave it. Then the sales team wanted me to settle the bill 5 days before picking up the car, as a favour to help reach month end targets!

Great service, fair price for trade in, great service from Adam.
The only thing I would say is that there are too many forms and signatures required.
